providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement,four sand ,eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) Nominal size ) and curing complete including mechanically mixing and vibrating excluding cost of frrm work including carriage of material with in all lead and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and laying filter media with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment,wing wall, return wall to the full hieght compacted to firm condition all leads and lifts as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting binding materials to the required density Grading -III as per Technical Specification Clause 405 by mechnical means including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and applying Prime coat with bitumen VG-10 on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.85-1.00 Kg / Sqm using mechanical means and with in all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.and with in all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 25 mm thick with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and all incidental charges.
