Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 Cm X 60 Cm X 6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth strip 32mm x 3 .15mm by means of bolts, check nuts and washers ,galvanised steel and protected by GI pipe 15 mm bore light grade & connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 30 cm X 30 cm X 5 cm with 10mm dia TMT bars 8 cm c/c both ways and one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia TMT bar, funnel, wire mesh, 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternative layers, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including necessary testing complete all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR part -I complete all as specified and directed.

AUTOMATIC POWER FACTOR CORRRECTION PANEL: Supply, fixing, connecting and testing of OEM Manufactured APFC Panel capacity 50 KVAR (Output) @ 440Vac. The stage ratings shall be 1x10kVAr + 2x20kVAr .The APFC Panel shall be fully type tested at an Independent Laboratory and shall comply with IEC 61439-1&2 and IEC 61921 Or IS-16636-2017.The degree of protection of enclosures system of the APFC Panel shall be min. IP54 outdoor type in accordance with IEC 60529.bank conforming to IS13341:1992 & IS 13440:1993 floor mounted design, weather, dust and vermin proof suitable for humidity up to 95%. Average daily temperature: +35°C max, Ambient temperature: -5°C to 40°C, Maximum altitude: 2000 m above sea level. The OEM's specified cannot authorize any other partners / sub vendors to manufacture APFC Panels on their behalf. The APFC Panel manufactured by OEM's only will be accepted & factory acceptance test ( FAT ) will be carried out at OEM's plant only. The equipment shall be comprising of the following:-

Insulated bus bar assembly made from Aluminium and rated of 200 Amps capacity. The short circuit withstand capacity shall be 36 KA / 1 Sec (Icw) for the main bus bar and the rated impulse withstand voltage shall be 8 KV.

The incomer of the APFC Panel shall be a Easypact CVS 100A 3P MCCB 36KA,TMD release with Over-Load & Short-Circuit protection, Ics = 100% Icu, MCCB shall have standard extended rotary handle, spreaders, phase barrier. MCCB shall be of certified design confirming to IEC 60947-1,2 & 3.

Flush Type 96x96MM AC Ammeter (-/5A) & Voltmeter (0-500V) with Inbuilt Sector Switches, LED Display - 1Each, 3 Nos CTs Cast Resin/ Moulded Case 250/5A for Ammeter, 3 Nos CTs Cast Resin/ Moulded Case for IMFCR as per the load of Main Transformer Panel, RYB Phases + MCCB On/Off/Trip Indications LED Type, Control Fuses with Glass Carrier Fuses - appropriate rating.

Short-circuit and Overload Protection: Each stage of the APFC Panel shall have a suitably rated MCCB for short-circuit and overload protection. The over-current setting shall be adjustable & Breaking capacity Ics=> 36kA. The MCCB shall be of certified design confirming to IEC 60947-1, 2 & 3.

Stage Contactor: The power contactors shall be rated for 230 Volts AC and shall be 3-pole type and shall be employed for switching 'on' and switching 'off' operations in capacitor banks. The contactor shall be AC- 3 duty type. The contactor shall be of certified design confirming to IEC 60947-1 & 4-1.

Ventilating fans of required size shall be used to dissipate the heat produced by the capacitor bank components like the capacitor units, reactors, contactors, breakers etc. The capacitor banks should be of type tested design and temperature rise test report of the capacitor bank performed at an independent laboratory should be submitted along with the offer.

Note:-The APFC Panel described as above complete in all respect as per specification enclosed, up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.To ensure safety, reliability and accountability of component co ordination, all the major capacitor bank components such as capacitor units, de tuning reactors, PF controllers, circuit breakers, contactors and the enclosure system called for in this specification should preferably be from a single manufacturer. The OEM shall preferably manufacturer PFC components and switchgear.The OEM's specified cannot authorize any other partners / sub vendors to manufacture APFC Panels on their behalf. The APFC Panel manufactured by OEM's only will be accepted & factory acceptance test ( FAT ) will be carried out at OEM's plant only.

All as per item No 8.00 here-in-before but capacity 100 KVAR. The stage ratings shall be 1x10kVAr + 2x20kVAr + 1x50kVAr with 200 Amps 4 Pole incoming MCCBs.

All as per item No 8.00 here-in-before but capacity 150 KVAR. The stage ratings shall be 2x12.5kVAr + 1x25kVAr + 2x50kVAr with 400 Amps 4 Pole incoming MCCBs,

Supply and fixing LED street light LED 60 Watt, pressure die cast aluminum housing, heat resistant glass, IP65 protection, better optics for uniform distribtion complete with all accessories internally pre wired and including suitable size bracket for street light and connecting up with three core 1.5 sqmm flexible copper conductor cable from junction box to connector of light complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing factory made IP-65 (Dust and power jet proof according to IEC60529) transparent street light junction box of size 340x160x90 made of high quality polycarbonate(Shock proof, rust free, corrosion free acid and chemical resistant ) having hight grade gasket made of polyurethane including one nos MCB SP 6 Amps for control street light with two cable gland for cable size 10/16 sqmm etc and fixing on pole with MS Flat irion of size 20x3mm with necessary nut & bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for THREE RUNS of single core 2.5 Sq.mm size PVC insulated , un sheathed, multi stranded aluminium conductor cables in 20 mm PVC conduit including clamp and connecting up to street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.
