Dewatering of existing overhead water tank of capacity 1.00 lakh gallons at Ridge Road and materials & labours for complete cleaning of inside area/ surfaces of the tank by scraping down of walls & bottom surface, removal of all type of disputation/ fungus, other micro-organisms etc. by using steel wire brushes & light hammer etc including completely taking out & removing of all sedimented loose dirt/ mud sludge, vegetation and other foreign materials from inside the tank and disposal of the same to out side of MD land as per direction of Engr-in-Charge to suit the local conditions and after removal of sedimented loose dirt/ mud sludge, vegetation and other foreign materials, repeatedly washing/ cleaning the inside surfaces of tank with fresh/clean water and rebukes solutions and finally with fresh/clean water thoroughly complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of all materials & labours other than as specified in items Nos. 05 to 09 of BOQ here-in-after, all tools/ plants, scaffolding with steel props for working upto approximate 25 M height as per site conditions and as directed. Complete removal/ taking down old existing average 15-18mm thick unserviceable cement plaster, loose/ unsound weaken cement concrete of any description and in any position from external/ internal surfaces/ sump/ wall/ roof/ beams/ columns of existing RCC OHT of capacities 1.00 Lakh Gallons at Ridge Road, 50000 thousand gallons at Neil Road and 50000 thousand gallons at Dining Road with the help of chisel and hammer and disposal of the same to out side of MD land as per direction of Engr-in-Charge to suit the local conditions including necessary cutting of all edges to make the square shoulder of the cavities, roughening the smooth surfaces, scraping out/ removing corrosion/ all loose scale/ rust etc from the visible reinforcement and applying Dr. Fixit Rust Remover (or equivalent brand of make STP Ltd or CICO or IWL India Ltd as approved by GE) having properties of chloride free chemical for effectively cleaning of rust from steel surfaces with and including a coat of Dr. Fixit Primer AC (or equivalent brand of make STP Ltd or CICO or IWL India Ltd as approved by GE) having properties like anti-corrosion primer for metal and concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of all materials & labours, all tools/ plants, scaffolding with steel props for working upto approximate 25 M height as per site conditions and as directed. M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 with and including integral liquid waterproofing compound @ 200ml per 50Kg bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions on prepared/ fair faces of old concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed. Make for LWC: Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW or equivalent brand of make STP Ltd or CICO or IWL India Ltd as approved by GE. Location/ position of work: RCC OHT of capacities 1.00 Lakh Gallons at Ridge Road, 50000 thousand gallons at Neil Road and 50000 thousand gallons at Dining Road. M&L for two coat of Dr. Fixit Raincoat water proof coating (or equivalent brand of make STP Ltd or CICO or IWL India Ltd as approved by GE) having 110 microns DFT (dry fill thickness) by using suitable brush or roller on the exterior surfaces of walls/ pillars of RCC overhead tank over and including two coat of Dr. Fixit Primeseal (URP) (or equivalent brand of make STP Ltd or CICO or IWL India Ltd as approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed. Location/ position of work: RCC OHT of capacities 1.00 Lakh Gallons at Ridge Road, 50000 thousand gallons at Neil Road and 50000 thousand gallons at Dining Road. Notes: (i) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of all materials & labours, all tools/ plants, scaffolding with steel props for working upto approximate 25 M height as per site conditions and as directed. M&L for two coat of Dr. Fixit Pidifin 2K (or equivalent brand of make STP Ltd or CICO or IWL India Ltd as approved by GE), 0.8mm wet thickness of each coat having coverage rate @ 1.1Kg/Sqm/Coat by using suitable brush or trowel, second coat shall be applied at least after 01 hour of first coat and for maximum protection curing shall be made at least 12 to 24 hours after treatment complete all as specified and directed. Location/ position of work: RCC OHT of capacities 1.00 Lakh Gallons at Ridge Road, 50000 thousand gallons at Neil Road and 50000 thousand gallons at Dining Road. M&L for repair to cracks and damaged existing surfaces of RCC OHT/ columns/ beam for structural strengthening by injection grouting of water proofing epoxy resin i.e. ShaliCrystal R100 of make- STP Ltd @ 350gms per 50Kg bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions by fixing of 12mm dia GI nozzles/ aluminium packers with and including fast setting plugging compound and cutting of extra/ projected lenth of nozzles after grouting including all necessart T&P and scaffolding as required complete all as specified & directed in following manner:- (a) Fixing of 12mm dia GI nozzles/ aluminium packers in zig-zag fashion not more than 30-50cm c/c on RCC surfaces with renderoc plug at all directions as per site requirement after drilling holes in concrete. The size of holes shall be 12mm dia and 75mm in depth. (b) Epoxy injection grouting @150-200ml (Approx) shall be done in each hole through pressure gun @ 5 to 7 kg/cm2 pressure after mixing design and hardner to the extent till refuse to accept further grout complete. (c) Cutting and flushing of nozzles with surface after completing grouting and sealing the nozzles with cement mortar (1:1) and preparing the surface to match with the existing surfaces. Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed. M&L for mild steel conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 in framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; ladders; railings, walk way, framework of water tanks and similar work etc with and including one shop coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed. Location/ position of work: RCC OHT of capacities 1.00 Lakh Gallons at Ridge Road, 50000 thousand gallons at Neil Road and 50000 thousand gallons at Dining Road. M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Location/ position of work: RCC OHT of capacities 1.00 Lakh Gallons at Ridge Road, 50000 thousand gallons at Neil Road and 50000 thousand gallons at Dining Road. Supply and fix water level indicator in repairs at OHT in existing position with copper float of 50mm dia & 100mm long, hollow box of 16 guage copper sheet fixed to steel wire rope of required length including brass pullies with nylon bush and 50x50x6mm angle iron brackets for pullies, indicator board shall be of 10 gauge of MS plate 200mm wide fixed on angle iron frame 30x30x5mm with angle iron stiffners and after prepration of surfaces, board shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide primer & marking of levels on front face of board with black synthetic enamel paint as per existing pattern or as directed by Engr-in-Charge including all necessary fixing arrangements for fixing of level indicator board as per site requirements complete all as specified and directed. M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel & iron surfaces of any description not exceeding 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Location/ position of work: RCC OHT of capacities 1.00 Lakh Gallons at Ridge Road, 50000 thousand gallons at Neil Road and 50000 thousand gallons at Dining Road. Supply and fix stainless steel framed ladder suitable for OHT made out of stainless steel (SS-304 Grade) pipes and other sections and fixed on the OHT including all necessary welding, moulding, riveting, nuts and bolts and all other fittings as per site requiremets complete all as specified and directed. Location/ position of work: RCC OHT of capacities 1.00 Lakh Gallons at Ridge Road, 50000 thousand gallons at Neil Road and 50000 thousand gallons at Dining Road. Notes: (i) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of all materials & labours, all tools/ plants, scaffolding with steel props for working upto approximate 25 M height as per site conditions and as directed. Demolition of cement concrete of any description (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cms thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debrise to out side MD land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling, mass concrete and sub base of floors, path/ paving etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring on prepared sub base surfaces, finished cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work and concrete (PCC) to be cast in alternate bays complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) in foundations including rafts, footing, plinth beams, bases for columns and the like etc including all necessary form work as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) in slabs supported on walls, beams & columns in floors, roofs, landings and the like; including all necessary form work as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed. M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick directly burried in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50M deep below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, 40mm bore GI pipe medium grade including necessary fittings for protection of earthing strip, watering pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade, concrete chamber in PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm grade aggregate, coping shall be in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm grade aggregate and internal surfaces of concrete chamber shall be given 12mm thick plaster in CM (1:4), funnel with wire gauge of 22 gauge (0.63 mm) 8 mesh per linear incl 50mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm MS deformed bar @ 75 mm C/C both ways, char coal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) including all necessary excavation & earth work and removal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50M and providing connection points with MS/ GI bolts & washers as required and connection from earth test point to earth electrode with same GI earth strip alongwith protection pipe and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- GI strip and protection pipe from earth electrode to test point max upto 7.50M shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates as quoted by the contractor.

Supply and fix in repairs, MCCB 100Amps, adjustable thermal & fixed magnetic setting type, 4 pole, breaking capacity 16 KA at 415 volts complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Havells/ Legrand/ L&T/ Schneider/ Siemens as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in repairs, MCCB 250Amps, adjustable thermal & fixed magnetic setting type, 4 pole, breaking capacity 20 KA at 415 volts complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Havells/ Legrand/ L&T/ Schneider/ Siemens as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in replacement, fully automatic star delta motor starter of relay range 28-42 Amps in sheet metal enclosure of MU-G20W FASD (Heavy duty) with in-built WLC type of capacity suitable for 20.0 HP submersible pump, motor rating AC-3 duty, 415 volts, 50 Hz, three phase including fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed. Make: L&T Cat No. CS91038DOFO or equivalent model of make ABB or HAVELLS or BCH or SCHNEIDER as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in replacement, fully automatic star delta motor starter of relay range 30-50 Amps in sheet metal enclosure of MU-G30W FASD with in-built WLC type of capacity suitable for 30.0 HP submersible pump, motor rating AC-3 duty, 415 volts, 50 Hz, three phase including fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed. Make: L&T Cat No. CS91039COGO or equivalent model of make ABB or HAVELLS or BCH or SCHNEIDER as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in replacement, air termination, single pointed copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long with two Nos brass nut, bolt and washers to existing/ new lightening conductor system complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement, aluminium strip 25x3.15mm with and including saddles and fixing screws etc and jointing of strips with suitable size of nuts, bolts & washers; for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement, 100mm bore DI pipes of make as approved by GE with flanged joints, centrifugally cast, class K-9, in any length coforming to IS: 8329 (2000) as per latest amendments, laid in floors/ vertical positions as per existing with & including making flanged joint as per manufactureres recommendations and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Supply & fix in replacement, 150mm bore DI pipes of make as approved by GE with flanged joints, centrifugally cast, class K-9, in any length coforming to IS: 8329 (2000) as per latest amendments, laid in floors/ vertical positions as per existing with & including making flanged joint as per manufactureres recommendations and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Make:- JINDAL or ELECTROSTEEL or LANCO as approved by GE. Location/ position of work: RCC OHT of capacities 1.00 Lakh Gallons at Ridge Road, 50000 thousand gallons at Neil Road and 50000 thousand gallons at Dining Road. Notes: (i) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of all materials & labours, all tools/ plants, scaffolding with steel props for working upto approximate 25 M height as per site conditions and as directed. Supply and fixing of CI/DI fittings in replacement i.e. bends (any type, radius and angle), tapers any type (straight, bend increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), T- pieces single branch, 'Y' junciton double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot), collars, caps and plugs etc suitable for & upto 200mm bore pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminum paint complete all as specified and dircted.

Supply and fix mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exceeding 10cm long and dia of shank 11 to 15mm complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, 100mm bore cast iron (spun) soil, waste and vent pipes, in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement, cast iron sluice valves 100mm bore, class PN-1.6 of make as approved by GE, conforming to IS-14846, both end flanged with stainless steel spindle, GM nut & CI wheel including making flanged joints with & including minimum 3mm thick rubber sheet, nuts & bolts etc of suitable size complete all as specified and directed. Make:- ZOLOTO or LEADER or KIRLOSKAR or UPADHYAY or AUDCO or IVC as approved by AGE(I).

Supply and fix in replacement, cast iron sluice valves 150mm bore, class PN-1.6 of make as approved by GE, conforming to IS-14846, both end flanged with stainless steel spindle, GM nut & CI wheel including making flanged joints with & including minimum 3mm thick rubber sheet, nuts & bolts etc of suitable size complete all as specified and directed. Make:- ZOLOTO or LEADER or KIRLOSKAR or UPADHYAY or AUDCO or IVC as approved by AGE(I).

Supply and fix in replacement, cast iron sluice valves 200mm bore, class PN-1.6 of make as approved by GE, conforming to IS-14846, both end flanged with stainless steel spindle, GM nut & CI wheel including making flanged joints with & including minimum 3mm thick rubber sheet, nuts & bolts etc of suitable size complete all as specified and directed. Make:- ZOLOTO or LEADER or KIRLOSKAR or UPADHYAY or AUDCO or IVC as approved by AGE(I).

Supply and fix in repairs, integral LED aviation light comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure with and including 0.60m long medium grade GI pipe of suitable dia & necessary clamps of suitable size if required and PCC coping as per site requirement in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate and connecting up with & including two runs of single core PVC insulated, sheathed, mutistranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5Sqmm drawn in and including rigid PVC casing caping heavy grade ISI marked not less than 20mm width with its accessories from light to DB (near bottom of OHT) complete all as specified & directed. Make:- Bajaj Cat No. BGAV 302 LED or equivalent model of other make- Philips or Crompton or WIPRO or Havells as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in repairs, stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples or any other means as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, 0.80mm thick plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting with grade of zinc coating 275, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length & girth as fixed) as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed.

Schedule of Credit amount of Rs. 1,63,600.00 to be deducted during AOC
