Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.- All work upto plinth level -1:5:10 (1 cement:5coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Providing ,hoisting and fixing upto floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete work in string courses, bands , copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like including the cost of required centring, shuttering, finishing smooth with 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) on exposed surfaces complete but excluding cost of reinforcement with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening , cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete - Thermo - Mechanically treated bars (TISCON / VIZAG / IISCO /SAIL / JSW) including placing the M30 grade Athees make cover block @ 60cm centre to centre

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 35 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing aluminimum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS : 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminimum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminimum snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings. (Glazing and panelling to be paid for separately) : For shutters of doors, windows and ventilators including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required (fittings shall be paid for separately) Anodised aluminimum (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS : 1868, minimum anodic coating of grade AC15).

Providing and fixing 9mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS : 12823 grade 1 type II in panneling fixed in aluminimum doors, windows, shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc., complete as per architectural drawings. Prelaminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminimum door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc., with PVC / neoprene gasket etc., complete as per the architectural drawings. (cost of aluminimum snap beading shall be paid in basic item) : With float glass panes of 5mm thickness.

Dismantling the damaged portion in RCC beams, columns and celiing without affecting the adjacent structrure in all floors including the cost of required tools and plants and cleaning the debris from the site with an initial lead of 100mts away from the building Rate quoted does not included cost of providing scaffolding.

Cleaning the exposed RCC surfaces thoroughly by washing the copious quantity of water, removing the rust and seals from exposed raftes and proviidng anticorrsive primer zinc Rich coating CERA ZINC ZR and cleaning the surface for adequate PH using phenolphalein indicator

Application of a bonding coat by using cement slurry added with polymer additive CERA POLYMER LATEX over the exposed RCC surface or brick surface as per manufactures mix and application specification

Providing cement plastering 1:3 over the dismantled RCC portion upto a thickness 15-20mm with cemnt mortar admixed with CERA MICRO SEAL @ 500gms per bag of cement. The rate quoted includes cost of sand and admixture but exculdes the cost of cement and providing scaffolding
