Providing the detailed design with connection details of the Audio- video conferencing system for conducting meetings, hard VC by IP calling and Cloud base VC Software i.e. webex, team, vidyo, Zoom etc. with scheduled items in the SOQ (with minor modifications if required after prior approval of EIC). The agency is required to provide schematic drawings with revisions as per site requirements, in 02 hard copies A3 size in color to the AAI for approval and after approval of drawing by Engineer-In - charge; Work will be executed by agency by utilizing SOQ to the satisfaction of EIC. Detailed final drawings will be submitted to AAI in 02 hard copies A2 size in color and also the copy of soft drawing in CD/ Pen Drive. Drawings shall be prepared to the scale as required for proper explanation and shall indicate the size and location of all Equipment and Accessories herein.
