Annual Maintenance Contract for Electrical Installation including DG at Sahid Bandana Smriti Balika Abas,Cooch Behar for the Financial year 2026-27

Annual Maintenance of All Internal and External Electrical Installation works everyday including Saturday and Sunday & Govt. Holidays by deputing of 01(one) no. Semi-skilled Electrician and 01(One) no Helper in One Shift X 03 Shifts(or as per direction of the EIC) per day for 01 Year(12 Months)

Amount charged for Electrical Accessories like tools & tackles , Wooden Gutkha, Fast Nut, different type & size of screw / nut-bolts, fuse wire, Contact Grease, Connectors, etc. incl. cost for various Register, Log Books as per requirement to mainten the proper record.

Charges for the annual maintenance of the DG set (Make: Catterpillar,125KVA), along with the DG AMF panel (if installed, located within the premises of Sahid BandanaSmriti Balika Abas, Cooch Behar. The maintenance will involve monthly visits by deputed service personnel and unlimited breakdown visits as required. Note 1: Periodic visits by competent service personnel are included. Note 2: The rates cover all consumable spare parts required annually, as per the enclosed terms and conditions.
