Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 12 mm cement plaster

Providing & fixing hard drawn steel wire mesh fabric 75x25mm of weight not less than 7.75 kg/sqm fixed (welded) on frame of angle from 50x50x6mm and T-Iron 50x50x6mm with flat iron size of 20x5 mm including cutting, welding, hoisting and fixing in position with RCC railing and applying a priming coat of steel primer of approved brand and a manufacture etc. complete. As per drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)
