Disconnecting all power connections on input as well as out put side of 35sq mm 11KV 3-core armored XPLE HT transmission cable line after taking due clearance for shut down from PDD., The job involves:- Lowering of damaged portion of 35 sq. mm 11KV 3-core armored cable from tapping point upto ST pole No 1. The job involves cutting of damaged portion of cable from tapping point upto ST pole No 1, with spectic tools.
Replacement of damaged 3-core cable by 0.05 ACSR 11KV conductor. The 0.05 ACSR 11KV conductor to be provided by the deportment. (Which is to be shifted from WSS Zazna)
Providing and fitting of ISMC 75x40, 3.5 ft long with suitable size holes for accommodating pin insulators, along with D-clamps and 3nos insulators.
Providing and fitting of 3.50ft long ISMC 40x65x6mm bracing/cross with suitable size hole along with reputed make D-clamps.
Providing and fitting of 11KV Pin insulators at tapping point
Replacement of damaged 11KV link set by new 11KV link set of reputed make.
Providing of fitting of 35 mm² Heat shrinkable end kit by way of Heating the Kit, by Gas burner as shown in the instruction sheet supplied with cable kit
