Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: (Incement mortar)

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in: (Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including all carriage.

Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level.

15mm Cement plaster of mix: 1: 4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including all carriage.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): (First class deodar wood)

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. ( With ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws)(35 mm)

Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20x10x2mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5 mm size, with top and bottom rail of T-iron 40x40x6mm, with 40mm dia, steel pulleys, complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Painting with synthetic Enamel paint of approved brand & manufacturer to give an even shade(Two or more coats on new work)

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. ( In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete.)
