1. Electrical works i.e, replacement of damaged cable termination of kits and laying of additional earthing mat in 33kV yard outside the perimeter of 2x2.5MVA 33/11 kV sub-Station at WSS Tangnar Stage- 2nd.

Amount

Repairs to 33 kV power cable connecting the 33 kV CT PT unit with 33kV isolator at Input of power supply top the scheme by way of: I. Disconnecting the power supply to the Yard and then disconnecting the power cables from the electric circuit. II. Extraction of damaged cable terminal kit from the cable ends using special tools and tackles. III. Providing and fitting of heat shrinkable HT cable termination kits 120 sq. mm 3-core, 33 kV kit for XLPE HT cables. The kit shall comprise of all the parts including tapping and lugs. IV. Megger testing of the power cable after fitting of 33kV End Termination cable kits, then connecting the power cables back on ST Pole Structure. V. Connecting the sub-station with the 33 kV HT line followed by testing of same on no load and full load. All the tools and tackles required for carrying out the job like heating blower, crimping tool etc is to be arranged by the firm.

Providing and Fitting of 0.1 ACSR Conductor for isolating the line & transformer Bay-01 of 2 x 2.5 MVA Sub-Station with the power supply corrected by 33kV AVR currently operational. Besides the conductor is also required for making other minor connections in the line & transformer bay of AVR yard unit 01.

Providing and Fitting of T-Clamps/Connector including all the tools and tackles, skilled labour required for carrying out the job besides full load testing at site.

Improvement to earthing of AVR Yard by fitting an additional earthing grid in the following manner:

i) Earthwork excavation by manual means as per below details including dressing of sides ----- 3.0'x1.0'x (24m x 3 + 8mx4)/10.75=29.00 Cum

ii) Providing, Fitting of Solid electrodes (3M Long, 25mm dia. ) each at an interval of 8M around gadgets of the AVR yard.

iii) P/Laying of G-I strip (50x8mm Size) connecting each strip with the above electrode and existing earth Grid, thereby forming a mesh of (=170 M)

iv) Excavation for constructing an earthing pit consisting of 04 No holes and Providing, Fitting of chemical earthing electrodes (3M Long 40mm dia. G-I Pipe) along with other allied works for complete earthing as per IEEE rules.

Yard Concreting Cum Metaling

Yard Concreting Cum Metaling i)Earthwork excavation by manual means as per below details including dressing of sides -----{((25m x 13m) - (2.25m x 2.25 + 2.30m x 2.30 m+ 0.75m x 0.75m) x 16"/12 x 3.28)} = 127.20 Cum

ii) Supplying, filling, spreading and leveling stone soling of size range 5 cm to 10cm thickness for all leads and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. {((25m x 13m) - (2.25m x 2.25m + 2.30m x 2.30 m+ 0.75m x 0.75m) x 6"/12 x 3.28}=47.88 Cum

iii) Providing / laying of cement concrete in 1:4:8 mix within concrete walls of fencing complete in all respects as per specifications and directions of site in charge { ((25m x 13m)-(2.25m x 2.25m + 2.30m x 2.30 m+ 0.75m x 0.75m)} x 3"/12 x 3.28=23.93 Cum

iv) Providing / laying of cement concrete in 1:2:4 mix within concrete walls of fencing complete in all respects as per specifications and directions of site in charge. {((25m x 13m) - (2.25m x 2.25m + 2.30m x 2.30 m+ 0.75m x 0.75m)} = 313 sqm x 4"/12 x 3.28= 31.90 Cum The job includes of having 100 mm dia. holes at appropriate places for transportation of moisture to the grid for efficient and healthy working of earthing system. (Any other work incidental to complete the work shall not be paid extra).

Yard metaling by way of supply & spreading of Bajri of 40mm nominal size in the complete Yard area (both bays) complete in all respects, as per specifications and directions of the Engineer In-charge.
