Providing and Laying in position machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete structural elements, excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions, (as per IS 9103) to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, m-30 grade reinforced cement concrete (minimum cement content 340 kg/cum). All work upto plinth level.

Providing and Laying in position machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete structural elements, excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions, (as per IS 9103) to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, m-25 grade reinforced cement concrete (minimum cement content 330 kg/cum). All work upto plinth level.

Brick work with F.P.S bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Pointing on brickwork in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

Centring and shuttering including strutting , propping etc and removal of forms for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. For mass concrete.

Centring and shuttering including strutting , propping etc and removal of forms for: Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, etc.

Centring and shuttering including strutting , propping etc and removal of forms for: Edges of RCC horizontal bands under 200 mm wide

12mm cement plaster of mix 1:4(1 cement:4 fine sand)

Reinforcement for RCC works including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo mechanically treated bars.

Providing and Laying 100 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of M-55 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 30 mm thick compacted bed of course sand, filling the joints with courses and etc., all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge.

Structural Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc are required.

Providing and fixing bolts upto 300 mm in length including nuts and washers complete.
