List of existing commitments and ongoing works
The bidders shall be a valid Registered KPWD Civil contractor of Class-III and above and the same shall be uploaded
The bidders shall furnish the satisfactorily completed Work done certificate as a prime contractor for at least one civil engineering work or similar work such as Interiors works like wall paneling, partition frame work, false ceiling an d grid type false ceiling of value not less than Rs 13.99 Lakhs within stipulated time period issued by any of the Government/ Public Sector Under taken by GOK in the Last 5 years (i.e FY 2020-21, FY 2021-22, FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24 and FY 2024-25).
Bankers Certificate should be in the Prescribe Format enclosed in the tender only. The Bankers certificate uploaded in different format will be rejected
Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded
The bidders should upload valid GST registration certificate, PAN card
The bidder shall upload Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities/ line of credit of value not less than Rs 9.90 Lakhs that is 30% of cost the work issued from any Nationalized/ Scheduled banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. after this notification date duly mentioning the name of the work, in favour of the Superintending Engineer (Ele), Bangalore West Circle, BESCOM, Bangalore, shall be submitted duly scanned. (Bankers Certificate should be in the Prescribe Format enclosed in the tender only. The Bankers certificate uploaded in different format will be rejected)
The bidders shall furnish the turnover certificate achieved in at least two financial year a minimum financial turnover for an amount not less than Rs. 33.00 lakhs in the Last 5 years (i.e. FY 2020-21, FY 2021-22, FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24 and FY 2024-25) issued from a Registered Chartered Accountant along with P & L statement should be uploaded
Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and CA reports for the last five years
The Bidder should submit the form of tender in the prescribed format uploaded in the KW-2 document
Assessed available tender capacity as per NIT calculate value
List of works for which tenders already submitted
Self-declaration letter shall be uploaded by the tenderer stating that he has not been defaulted or blacklisted by any Central /state Govt. or public Sector undertaking of India
