Repair / rectification for street light/ perimeter light/ flood light any type, capacity & make to make the security / street lights in serviceable condition as intimated by JE EM/ Engineer-in-Charge after rectification/ trace out the fault which includes removing of street/ security light fitting from LT / HT PCC/ Steel tubular/ Swan neck poles, refixing after repair, tightening of loose connection of ACSR conductor / with bus bar chamber / in DB, replacement of lamp, lamp holder, capacitor,replacement of connection wire or any other part and refixing in proper alignment on GI Pipe bracket or by other means as per site requirement including replacement of screws, nuts , bolts washers as required proper connection with PVC insulation tape etc complete to keep the light in serviceable condition through out the period of contract by repairing on time all as directed to the entire satisfaction of JE EM/ Engineer-in-Charge Note:- (i) Worn out / damaged/ Unserviceable parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately under relavant items of Sch " A' as supply only and fixing is deemed to be included under this item. (ii) All the T&P and transportation required for the work shall be arranged by the contractor which shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. Contractor shall provide the all type of T&P i.e. tools, insulation tape, ladder any type etc to electricial for attending the complaints. The quoted rate include the cost of minor items i.e. screws, nuts, washers for light fitting etc. (iii) Contractor shall provide & maintain the register regarding 100% serviceability of security lights duly signed by the JE/ Engineer-in-Charge , Contractor , unit rep. (iv) The work will be carried out as per direction of JE/ Engineer-in-Charge. (v) The electrician shall receive the complaint from JE/ Engineer-in-Charge on complaint slip and after completion of job the slip shall be deposited to JE/ Engineer-in-Charge daily duly signed by users. The printed complaint slip and complaint register shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost. (vi) An inventory for the parts/ spares which are found unserviceable and requir replacement with new parts/ spare shall be prepared and kept in record duly signed by Engineer-in-Charge and Contractor.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick each complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only and replaced under the item No.1 Driver electronic compact type suitable for LED street light fitting 30 watt to 70 Watt as per sample/required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down old U/S PCC LT steel pole of any size including earth work,removing the PCC etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and , erecting, and fixing in position, steel tubular swaged and welded poles of type 410 SP-31, 9 mtr long, IS-2713 marked, with mild steel base plate (fillet welded to poles), bolts, nuts, washers etc, including painting on the outside with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfaces and black bituminous paint on steel surface embeded in concrete and painting 05 Nos band/strip with fluorescent, PO box red synthetic enamel paint and alternate white strip (30 cm wide each) at a distance of 30 cm from plinth block and numbering of poles, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Excavation, earth work and PCC will be measured and paid for separetely under respective items of Schedule 'A'. (ii) Poles shall be swaged and welded at manufacturer's factory and not at site. The inner surface shall be factory painted. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC ( 1 : 3 : 6 ) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggreghate for foundation of poles and stay assembly, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC ( 1 : 2 : 4 ) type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggreghate for foundation of poles and stay assembly, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the old unsv LT/AB cable any type any size in any position from pole in any height or passing through pipe heavy duty electric cable etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement DWC high density polyethelene pipes having dia 63mm/50mm, inner as per site requirement having corrugation on the wall and plain surface on the inner wall conforming to IS: 14930 (Part-I & II) for protection of underground cable laid along pole/ along wall / in PCC on GL/ Roof and including all fittings as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying of approved quality sand under cable upto 15cm before laying the cable and 8cm over the cable after laying, punned down to overall thickness of 18cm in trenches for cable cushioning complete all as specified and directed. (Punned thickness shall be measured)

Material and labour for well burnt, old size Sub Class 'B' brick for covering protection to the eletric cable laid dry flat transversally along the length of cable with width equal to length of brick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement for junction box of size 300x250x150mm made out of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated front hinged door with openable and self closing arrangements including aluminium bus bar 3 Phase 4 wire system of size 20mm x 5mm fixed on SMC/DMC insulators and cable entry glands for connections and MCB SP 6 Amps-01 No all as required and fixed to poles with MS clamp made out of MS flat iron of size 25x5mm and including nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacment of smart integrated solar street light LED with built in mono crystalline panel, litheium ferro phosphate battery MPPT charge controller and PIR Sensor with colour temperature 6000 to 6500 K capacity 12 W all in one standard complete.all as specified and directed.

M&L for comprehensive maintenance and repair of diesel engine of DG sets 160 KVA capacity installed at various locations, by periodical servicing maintenance as per OEM recommendations, repair including replacement of defective/ unserviceable spare parts, tracing & removing of any fault/error indication or meassage showing/ indicating on display screen, greasing to doors/ over hauling to various parts, cleaning of DG set, inspecting the serviceability of all parts and testing on full load after periodical service/ repair by manufacturer's authosied workshop , complete all as specified and directed. (Spare Parts shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items as per recommandations of BOO. The maintenance of above mentioned DG sets carried out will be measured as one unit)

(ii) Labour charges for replacement of old engine oil and old defective spare parts shall be deemed included in quoted rates. (iii) Cost of routine lubrication/ greasing to spare parts, lubricants/grease, tightening of nut, bolts and washers etc. shall deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iv) Cost of fixing and transportation of all components/ spare parts required being repair, of DG sets from site to workshop for repair and workshop to site after repair shall be deemed included in quoted rates. (v) Periodical routine maintenance/ checkup of diesel generator sets shall be carried out as per TI-04 of 1984 and maintenance record, prepared/ maintained by contractor and signed by concerned JE E/M, Engineer-In-Charge and Contractor. This maintenance record shall be produce to Garrison Engineer whenever asked. (vi) Periodical routine maintenance/checkup of diesel generator sets shall be carried out as per following periodicity: a) Stage-I (Monthly): (i) Cleaning of air cleaner/ filter. (ii) Changing of lubricants and oil filter elements. (iii) Cleaning of fuel tanks and cleaning of fuel filter elements. (iv) Cleaning of radiator cooling fins and top up of coolant. (v) Cleaning of line cylinder head fins, in case of air cooled engines.(vi) Checking of all electrical instruments/indicating or any other gauge i.e. frequency meter,voltmeter, ammeter, revolution meter, Hrs run meter, water temp gauge, fuel gauge etc for satisfactory functioning. (b) Stage-II (Quarterly): (i) Changing of engine oil, if required, and clean the pre-cleaner bowl. (ii) Check/ open radiator fins, and clean, if chocked/ blocked. (iii) Check button filter in banjo bolt of feed pump. (iv) Drain the water from water separator, if provided. (v) Check all external fasteners as per specified torques. (vi) battery lead connections. (vii) Check belt alignment and belt condition. (viii) Check turbo changer. (ix) Leakage in air take/ exhaust of exhaust piping (x) Lubrication to the turbo charger,Oil filter.

(Note: The battery lead replaced shall have colour as per colour coding. The brass terminal provided on battery end side shall be measured & paid separately.)

Cleaning of fuel tank of any capacity for DG set 160 to 30KVA any type(inbuilt in canopy/ separate storage tank) DG Set by removing all silt /dirt/ all residual, foreign particles any type etc, removing any type of leakage by welding/brazing and writing date of cleaning with synthetic enemel paint complete all as specified and directed

Replacement of coolant fluid of make as approved by Engr-in-Charge suitable for radiator of DG set of any capacity/make complete all as specified and directed

Replacement of Engine oil/ lubricant, 20 W 40 grade or any other grade as recommended by OEM of Engine or Engr-in-Charge suitable for DG set of any capacity and any make, complete all as specified and directed

Suppy only distill water for battery of DG Set etc complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in Replacement of battery 12 volt, 80 AH heavy duty maintenance free incl initial charged complete in all respects. complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in Replacement of battery 12 volt, 150 AH heavy duty maintenance free incl initial charged complete in all respects. complete all as specified and directed

S&F of bracket made out of 1.5M long 25mm dia light grade galvanished iron steel tubing for fixing light fitting all as specified and directed including dismantling taking out old U/S complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel of steel tubular/cement pole (9/11 metre long above coping) and applying two coat of aluminium paint/cement paint making of strip of 20cm width (sky blue and white in alternate band) upto 1400mm height with one coat of synthetic enamel paint, rewriting pole No by painter with enamel paint and painting the existing MS clamp with one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for writing of Pole Nos on existing pole with stencil out with white colour in sky blue colour background of 80mm height around the radius of pole complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of old existing MS clamp and supply and fix new MS clamps of size 40x5mm in cross sectional area and upto 500mm in length suitable for fixing the PVC Junction boxes to the street light poles and boundary walls as the case may be including making necessary holes and nuts/bolts required for fixing the jucntion box to the poles either steel tubular or PCC pole or at the boundary wall for post top lights complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for opening the existing cable connections from existing junction boxes of street light poles, post top lanterns and building security lights and refixing the same with newly fitted lugs of appropriate size 10, 16, 25, 35, 50, 70 and 95 as the case may be by opening the existing loop of cable in the roots of street light pole and making the connections new by peeling the insulation with strapper, making proper connections of cable in bus bar of junction box by fixing the new Nut bolts/studs and making flexible wire connection in MCB, MCB should be fixed properly also the junction box covers shopuld be closed in proper manner and fixing the junction boxes on the clamp on the pole by bolts complete all as specified and directed. Note: Necessary excavation work for opening the loop and returning filling of the excavated material, lugs of appropriate sizes, nut bolts and tape roll box and other associated works will be the part of this job and no additional cost will be paid to the contractor, cost of MCB, New Junction boxes, clamps, flexible wire if fitted newly will be paid under respective item of this schedule.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 Metre deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part-I (2009) including filling of charcoal dust , common salt all around Earth plate upto 150mm, 20mm bore GI medium grade watering pipe, 15 mm bore light grade earth lead protection pipe upto main board, funnel with wiremesh, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate reinforced with suitable handle and angle iron frame and necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil etc. complete all as specified and as directed including testing on completion.
