M&L for painting of street light swaged poles 8.5 m / 9.0 long including street light brackets/clamps etc with best quality aluminium paint, making alternate black & white colour bands of 30 cms width upto a height of 1.5 m from pole coping with synthetic enamelled paint and writing pole numbers in black colour on yellow base complete.

Supply and Fix in replacement cast iron Foot valve of size 80mm dia with rubber gasket and nut, bolts complete all as specified and directed .

Discoupling/ Disconnecting and taking down carefully Electric driven pumping set of capacity 40 HP (motor and pump) from foundation after disconnectingsuction and discharge line taking down from foundation bolt dismantling from base channel and transporting to civil workshop for repair. Strip opening all parts , cleaning overhauling comprising of repairs/replacement of repairable parts , such as taking out impeller shaft assembly complete taking out bearing housing , gland bush and other connected items including balancing of impeller shaft , impeller and including lathe work a required , reassembling the complete pumping set , reinstalling , mounting and fixing on base channel on existing foundation and coupling properly to existing motor with proper balancing and alingment including recoupling of suction and discharge line , commissioning and testing on full load all as specified and directed. Note for item (i) New spare parts will be measured and paid separately under relevent items (ii) Rates are deemed to be included for replacement of gaskets, packing with bearing grease, glands with graphite packing , nuts bolts , washers etc. (iii) Cost of transportation shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for these items.
