Supply of Modular Type outdoor units, equipped with Highly Efficient Scroll, all Inverter Compressor(s), special heat exchanger, Y- branch as required, outdoor unit support, auto check function for connection error, auto address setting, Refrigerant temperature control and capacity as mentioned below. VRV/VRF System shall be suitable for working on 48 °C ambient temperature, Refrigerant R 410A. The unit price shall be inclusive of full charge of Refrigerant Gas & Oil, Freight, Insurance etc. as applicable in INR. having the unit shall have feature to automatically modulate the evaporative temperature between 6 deg C to 11 deg C with respect to load for better comfort and energy efficiency. The fan static pressure of the outdoor unit shall be more than 75 Pa to avoid hot air recirculation. The PCB Chamber of the outdoor unit should be refrigerant cool.Outdoor Units. For Cooling or Heating or Both Make : LG 20 HP Outdoor Unit
Lifting Shifting Installation, Testing & Commissioning of air cooled variable refrigerant flow modular type condensing units, each comprising of 100% inverter scroll compressors, full charge of refrigerant gas (R- 410a), lubricating oil and all accessories as per the specifications. The condensing units shall be suitable to work in both cooling and Heating mode. The condensing units shall be suitable for operation on 415 ± 10% volts, 50Hz, 3 phase AC power supply and the condensing units shall be of following capacities.
Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Y/T/Multi Joints. Joints shall be of same Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) make as of ODUs and IDUs Indoor Units

Control & Transmission Wiring-Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of control cum transmission wiring of 2 core x 1.5 sqmm copper in suitable PVC conduits between indoor and out door unit & outdoor units to central remotes controllers etc complete as required.
Providing and constructing a RCC plinth suitable for installation of one number 20 HP VRV outdoor unit, complete in all respects. The plinth shall be constructed at the approved location as per manufacturer’s installation guidelines and site conditions, with minimum size not less than 1500 mm × 800 mm × 300 mm (or as required to fully accommodate the VRV unit base frame) and a minimum height of 300 mm above finished floor level to protect the equipment from water stagnation, dust, and minor flooding. The plinth shall be constructed using M20 grade concrete (1:1.5:3 nominal mix or design mix) with proper shuttering, compaction, and curing. Necessary reinforcement steel (minimum 8 mm dia TMT bars) shall be provided in both directions at suitable spacing to prevent cracking and ensure adequate load-bearing capacity for the VRV unit. The top surface of the plinth shall be finished smooth and level, with chamfered edges, ensuring perfect alignment and stability of the equipment. Provision shall be made for holding-down bolts / anchor bolts or inserts as per the VRV unit base frame, along with necessary sleeves/openings for refrigerant piping, drain pipes, and electrical conduits where required. The work shall be carried out as per standard engineering practices, relevant IS codes, and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of all hardware, software, and accessories required for integration of the newly installed 20 HP VRV outdoor unit with the existing VRV control system complete in all respects. The scope includes addressing and communication setup of the new outdoor unit and associated existing indoor units, configuration of control parameters, communication wiring, and system synchronization to ensure seamless operation with the existing VRV network Necessary address setting, dip switch configuration, software programming, parameter mapping, and system logic updates shall be carried out strictly as per OEM guidelines including checking error logs, communication stability, and operational interlocks as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
SITC of LG LGMV reset controller with display suitable for monitoring, diagnostics, and reset of a 180 HP LG (VRV) air-conditioning system, complete in all respects. The controller shall be an original LG OEM device, compatible with the installed LG VRV outdoor units and associated indoor units, and shall be capable of real-time monitoring of system operating parameters, fault codes, and communication status. The controller shall provide a clear display interface for viewing system data and allow authorized service personnel to perform fault diagnosis and system reset functions as per LG guidelines. The scope of work includes supply of the LGMV controller, necessary communication cables, connectors, mounting accessories, proper termination, addressing, and configuration of the device with the existing VRV control network. The item also includes software configuration, OEM commissioning support, system testing, verification of proper communication with the VRV system, and demonstration of reset and monitoring functions to the Engineer-in-Charge. All works shall be carried out strictly in accordance with LG installation manuals, ensuring continuity of OEM warranty. The item is complete with all materials, labour, tools, software activation, and testing required for satisfactory operation as per the directions of Engineer in charge
