Repair to pot holes, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying a tack coat of bituminous primer paving bitumen (VG-30) @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (Including supply or premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exceeding 30mm complete all as directed.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc , complete all as specified and as directed..

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1, grade confirming to IS 8887 at 3 Kgs/10Sqm) using emulsion pressure distributer on the prepared bituminous/ grannular surface cleaned with mechanical blower and as per clause 503, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 sqm and depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100 mm complete all as directed.

Bituminous premix macadam (Design mix) 75mm or less consolidated thickness with 4% binder content (VG-30 Paving bitumen) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant, rolled with 8 to 12 tonne tandem vibratory roller and compacted to required camber and gradient by using mechanical paver complete all as directed.

Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concerte, 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (VG-30 grade Paving bitumen) any penetration content as in semi dense asphaltic concrete rolled with 8 to 12 tonne tandem vibratory roller and compacted to required camber and gradient by using mechanical paver complete all as directed.

Preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick center lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like n.exc 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint (including reflectorizing glass beads@250 gms per sqm as per IRC-35-1997)of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufactures instructions complete all as directed. (Make: Metro road system /Shivalik / Asian) Note : 1. Unit rate quoted by the contractor include for provision of red signals to keep off trafic from work, cleaning road surface and working during odd hours when traffic is light. 2. The line marking shall stand out boldly and solidly without showing any signs of scratch marks or surfaces underneath, if necessary the surface shall be remarked after removal of existing treatment untill the desired result is obtained.

S & F in repaires of solar road studs made of aluminium alloy (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (Shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed. S & F in repairs cat eye solar relective type of metal body alloy of size 100mmx100mmx20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No DA 972 fixed with and including MS studs of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. Make : Model No.972 of M/S automat road safety Pvt Ltd or equivalent of dark eye/ Sun eyes/ M/S Texla plastic & metal Pvt Ltd.

Supply and Fixing in 100% water proof solar road delineator pole mounted (Pole size 48mmX1000mm duly powder coated) fixed in repairs fixing the same in M 15 grade (type-I) block of size 20x20x30cm(deep) complete all as directed. Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (above ground level) complete all as directed.

Excavation over areas on soft/ loose soil, not exc 1.5 mtr deep and getting out complete all as directed.

Removing of excavated / demolished concrete/ debris etc. upto 1.5 Km out side the MoD land, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination at own arrangement of contractor complete all as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the same out side the MD land complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil, not exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, laying pipes/elect cables etc, and getting out complete all as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm of soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material exc. 250 mtr but up to a distance of 1.5 Km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Grubbing up tree trunk exc 30cm and n.exc 100cm girth including cutting of trunk portion protruding over ground, digging out roots, filling holes and leveling off ground, stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance n exc. 50 m and clearing site complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with power roller exc 8 tonne and n.exc 12 tonne complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolling and consolidating for hardcore broken stone or boulders n.exc 15 CM thick with power roller exc 8 tonne and n.exc 12 tonne complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L Hard core with broken stone or boulders of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thk watered and well rammed complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade to match with grey/white cement and pigment with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand;

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete

M&L Synthetic enamel painting two coats over one coat of primer on new Concrete, brick, Stone, surfaces of 10 cm and over incl prep of surfaces

M&L 100 mm thick cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 for sub base ( 40 mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Roughning surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc & brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per sqm.

M&L for 20 to 25 mm thick coloured, rubber moulded glossy finished factory made PCC designer tiles/Pavers, set and jointed & Pointed in neat cement slurry as in path/floor over a screed of 20mm thick in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The size, Colour & Combination of tiles as approved by GE

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation concrete.
