Uprooting and removing plants from the surface of walls parapet etc and making good damages. (Repairing of damages to be paid separately). (a) Small plant of girth of exposed stem upto 75 mm. lift upto 6 mtr. Upto initial 6 mtr.

(b) Medium size plant of girth of exposed stem above 75 mm. but not exceeding 150 mm. lift upto 6 mtr.

Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75 m as directed.

(I) Cement concrete with graded stone ballast (40 mm size excluding shuttering) In ground floor (A) [Pakur Variety]. (a) 1:3:6 proportion

Supplying and laying Polythene Sheet (150gm / sq.m.) over damp proof course or below flooring or roof terracing or in foundation or in foundation trenches.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (A) [Pakur Variety]. In Ground floor.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. (a) For works in foundation and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m. (i) Tor steel II. JSW/JSPL/SHYAM/SRMB/BMASL/ELECROSTEEL/SSL In Ground Floor

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor). (f) 25 mm to 30 mm shuttering without staging in foundation. In Ground Floor.

Applying epoxy based reactive joining agent for joining the old concrete with fresh concrete to be applied within manufacturer's specified time as per manufacturers specification. (0.4 Kg / m² of concrete surface).

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor). [Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (i) With 1:6 cement mortar (c) 15 mm thick plaster. In Ground floor.

Labour for taking out door and window frame including shutter for repair or replacement of different parts of the frame & refixing the same including mending good all damage will be paid separately). (a) Upto area 2.5 Sq.m

Wood work in door and window frame fitted and fixed in position complete including a protective coat of painting at the contact surface of the frame exluding cost of concrete, Iron Butt Hinges and M.S clamps. (e) Sal : Malayasian. In Ground Floor.

Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. clamps for door and window frame made of flat bent bar, end bifurcated with necessary screws etc. by cement concrete (1:2:4) as per direction. (Cost of concrete will be paid separately) (b) 40 mm x 6 mm, 200 mm length.

Panel shutters of door and window, as per design (each panel consisting of single plank without joint), including fitting and fixing the same in position but excluding the cost of hinge and other fittings. In ground floor. (In case of non-supply of single plank, penal rate of reduction of 20% will be made) (iv) 25 mm thick shutters with 12mm thick panel of size 30 to 45 cm. Supplying 1.5 mm thick M.S. sheet fitted and fixed on one or both faces of M.S./ W.I. gate etc. with point welding at not more than 150 mm apart complete in all respect as per design including cost of all labour and materials.

Collapsible gate with 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm Tee as top and bottom guide rail, 20mm x 10mm x 2 mm vertical channels 100 mm apart in fully stretched position 20mm x 5mm M.S. flats as collapsible bracings properly rivetted and washered including 38mm steel rollers including locking arrangements, fitted and fixed in position with lugs set in cement concrete and including cutting necessary holes, chasing etc. in walls, floors etc. and making good damages complete.

Scraping of moss, blisters etc.thoroughly from exterior surface of walls necessitating the use of scraper, wire brush etc.(Payment against this item will be made only when this has been done on the specific direction of the Engineer-in-charge).

(a) Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc..

(b) Priming one coat on timber or plastered surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

(A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : (a) On timber or plastered surface : With super gloss (hi-gloss) -(iv) Two coats (with any shade except white)

(b) On steel or other metal surface With super gloss (hi-gloss) -(iv) Two coats (with any shade except white)

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. (b) Two Coats In Ground Floor

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. (Two Coat) b) Premium 100% Acrylic Emulsion. In Ground Floor.

Supplying and laying in the specified pattern of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements (ICBP) with concrete blocks (with concrete grade as specified as per Table 1 of IS 15658:2006) manufactured from BIS licensee manufacturer, with spacer nib (small protruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver block used as a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blocks, as per Cl. No. 3.26 of IS : 15658) and of specified size and shape with aspect ratio (The ratio of length to thickness of a paver block, as per Cl. No. 3.3 of IS: 15658) as per Table 2 of IS : 15658 with flexural strength/breaking load as per annexure G of IS: 15658, on the prepared base course of specified CBR as per Table 1 of IRC SP 63 (2018) or else as mentioned in design and drawing with a cushion of compacted bedding sand of 25-35 mm thick (grading of the bedding sand as per clause 6.5.1 of IRC SP 63) and filling up the gaps in between paver blocks with joint filling sand (the grading of the joint filling sand will be as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC SP 63) and completing the edges with cut blocks as per Cl. No. 8.7 of IRC SP-63(2018) with proper confinement of bedding and joint filling sand compacting levelling and filling up of the edge gap. 60 mm thick (ii) Coloured decorative

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing UPVC pipes A- Type and fittings conforming to IS:13592-1992 with all necessary clamps nails, including making holes in walls, floor etc. cutting trenches in any soil through masonry concrete structures etc if necessary and mending good damages including joining with jointing materails (Spun Yarn, Valamoid/Bitumen/M-Seal etc) complete. Constructing Inspection pit of inside measurement 600mm X 600mm X upto 600mm (depth) with 250 mm thick 1st. class brick work in cement mortar (1:4) on all sides, bottom of the pit consisting of 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) with stone chips over a layer of jhama brick flat soling, 15 mm thick (1:4) cement plaster to inside walls and out-side walls upto G.L. and 20 mm.thick (1:4) plaster to bottom of the pit, providing necessary invert with cement concrete (1:3:6) with stone chips as per direction, neat cement finishing to entire internal surfaces, top of the pit covered with 100 mm thick R.C.C. slab (1:1.5:3) with stone chips and necessary reinforcements upto 1% and shuttering including 6 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) in all external surfaces of the slab and one 560 mm dia. R.C.C. manhole cover of approved make supplied, fitted and fixed in the slab with necessary fittings, necessary earthwork in excavation in all sorts of soil, filling sides of the pit with earth and removing spoils after work complete in all respect with all costs of labour and materials. i) With Pakur variety (SAIL/TATA/RINL)
