M&L for disconnection of inlet, outlet, manhole cover and back wash connections from existing iron removal plant/ pre filter chamber/oxidation chamber, Pressure Feed Type with FRP/iron vessels overall capacity of 10000 GPH, opening carefully the manhole/handhole covers, taking out old filtration media from inside the vessels and deposited at a distance not exceeding 50m, including cleaning the vessels internally by descaling washing down with water, including cleaning and painting the external and internal surfaces of vessels alongwith frontal piping and inter connection piping and writing letters or figures (Block Roman, Italic or Indian) n. exc. 30cm high and drawing stops, commas, short lines dashes, hyphens brackets etc. with synthetic enamel paint (SM/MES No. Capacity, Location, etc.) including recharging of Filtration Media as per OEM specifications & repair/replacement of filter partition and reconnection of pipelines, refixing of manhole/handhole covers including replacement of packing gaskets of all joints, replacement of unserviceable stainer of any type and testing including commissioning of IRP complete all as specified and as directed. Labour only for lifting/lowering of unserviceable 12.5 HP to 15 HP capacity submersible pump set from tube well after disconnecting the electric supply and taking out all column pipes flanged/socket type 80mm/size 18. 15 Rm long, keeping serviceable fittings in safe custody for reuse and removing unserviceable materials from site including making good to disturbed surfaces and carrying submersible pump set to nearest repairing workshop including bring back after repairing/replacement and lowering the same after replacement of unserviceable spare parts such as column pipes flanged type 80mm dia and fixing with rubber gasket/nuts/bolts/washers of suitable size etc. including connection of electric supply to motor, testing/commissioning, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Replacement of column pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling carefully submersible motor of capacity 12.5HP and taking out the burnt/worn out coils from the slots of stator and other accessories such as ball bearing, bushing, rotors, etc. including necessary cutting/grinding/ drilling/machining works for fixing of spare parts and cleaning the stator slots and re-winding the same with new supper enamelled copper winding wire with appropriate gauge, heating, varnishing with doctor beck's insulating varnish and re-assembling the same including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MCCB, 160 Amps, 4 pole, 415 volt, 36 KA breaking capacity including taking down old existing unserviceable one and all the necessary electrical connections complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for trimming of tree branches, grith to clear OH line upto 2.0m on each side, stacking the branches to a distance not exc. 50m and where directed and clearing the site complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Branches of tree for trimming should be as per site requirement, manually or by tree cutting machine or by any other mechanized system. (ii) No extra cost for T&P and other mechanized shall be admissible but deemed to be inclusive with the quoted rate.
