Schedule 'A' Part I - B/R Portion

M/L for gunniting exposed concrete surfaces of beam, column and slabs with one layer of conplast spray set modified concrete in proportion (50Kg cement 3 to 6mm granite chips 75 kg zonal sand 75 kg and complast 2% by weight of cement water 1 to the following locations :-

(a) 40 mm thick in columns

(b) 30 mm thick in beams

(c) 20 mm thick in slabs

S&F hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to length bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia not exc. 4 Kg/sqm.

Bonding the entire exposed surface with one coat of fosroc Nitop bond SBR as per manufacturer insltructions over whire fabric and surfaces of concrete structure

M&L for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep hole in structural members at the interval of 500mm center to center in staggered manner or as directed by Engr-in-Charge in RCC structural element. Work shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes - Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles - Insert 12mm dia Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun. Fix it inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing . Cure the system for min 12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles - Cut the nozzles by chiser after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

M&L for Injecting low viscosity MONOPOL (3-5cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, including mixing of material. Mixing of materials :- Mixing of material components (part a&b) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching. Grouting maintain the pressureat exit (0.5 to 1.0 kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure gauge at exit. Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural element @ 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness, including Naintal or similar pattern roof coverings

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness, including cover fillets.

Providing & Fixing of Armstrong Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with ANF (Board) edge tiles with Armstrong 24mm exposed grid. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 90%, NRC 0.5, Light Reflectance ≥85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance UK Class 0 / Class 1 (BS 476 pt - 6 &7) in module size of 600 x 600 x 15mm , suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 34%.The tile shall be laid on Armstrong Prelude38 with 24 mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 38mm and a load carrying capacity of 15.34Kgs/M2 & pull out strength of 100Kgs. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per M2 and need to be installed with Suspension system of Armstrong make. The Tile & Grid system used together should carry a 10 year warranty all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick plaster of paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to flat surface over 2nd class soft wood fillets, or metal frame work and reinforced with G.I. wire mesh including for any sunk or raised moulding all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down Chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sq. M each (Without taking off shutters from the frames)

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises comlete all as specified and directed.

M&L Virified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors laid over & incl 15 mm thick screed in CM 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of floor comlete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation by complete removal of existing treatment of painted walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of steel surface and applying one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of Epoxy anticorrosive paint over 10 cm width or girth.

S& F in repair Ball brass valve, high pressure, with polythene float thorizontal plunger type, IS-1703-2000 marked screwed to iron pipe or brass ferrule of size 25 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness, including cover fillets.

S/F 18 mm thick single side prelaminated woodgrain solid PVC sheet suitablely fixed in shelves; Partitions and shelves of built-in cupboards, almirahs, book cases, toilet boxes, racks, pelmets and similar work with all fittings and locking arrangements as per direction and specifications..

S& F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing

S& F lnsulated PVC Wall Lining consisting of PVC Insulated Panels having expanded polystyrene (EPS) stuck to 2mm thick single side prelam PVC sheet duly fitted into the wall as per specifications and drawing

M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 316) railing made of hollow tubes , channels , plates, chain etc incl welding, grinding, buffing , polishing, and making curvature(wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary SS nuts and bolts complete , incl fixing the railing with necessary accessories and SS - fasteners, SS bolts ,etc of required size on the top of floor or the side of waste slab with suitable arrangement all as designed and as directed by engineer in charge

SCH’A’ PART II HARD STANDING

M&L 100 mm thick Cement concrete type B2, 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in flooring/ hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors/dado etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on concrete solid block wall internal surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials(debris) within a distance of 2 Km including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination all as specified and as directed.

SCH’A’ PART III SEWAGE DISPOSAL

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete solid block wall internal surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete cover slab for MH/Spetic tank and removing the debris to a distance not exc 500 M as directed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L factory made precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for cover slab for Man holes/Septic tank set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 8 mm dia TMT bar cut to length, bend to shape required incl cranking bending & hooking ends & binding with MS wire annealed n. less 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes , 150 mm dia (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortarcomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L Concrete bed to drain pipe 150 mm dia incl. packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe PCC 1:3:6 type C2 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 150 mm dia Salt galzed stone ware drain pipe , grade 'A' of 200mm dia laid in trenches and jointed including all accessories & fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix On site LDPE septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, Vent shaft, connection etc. in conventional type, complete for 25 users

Taking down carefully any type of copper/aluminium point wiring (light,fan, socket or power) complete including conduits/casing caping with fittings such as switches,ceiling roses, pendents,regulators,bells, sockets, tube light fittings etc, removing the materials/debris and making good the disturbed surface of walls & floors etc to match with the original existing finish complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for one point wiring with PVC insulated un-sheathed cable with stranded copper conductor FR-LSH conforming to IS : 694 of size 1.5 Sq mm single core, including one No. 1.5 Sq mm single core PVC insulated un-sheathed copper cable FR-LSH as continuous earth wire drawn in and including PVC casing capping of as required size (not less than 20 mm in width) ISI marked medium grade with all accessories of same grade fixed in wall including provision of modular metal flush box, modular cover plate with frame top cover for housing switch, socket, fan regulators etc for one light point controlled by one 5 Amp switch one way complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down old unserviceable LT UG cable from any description (trenches, walls,ceilings., etc) from various locations, Supply and laying under ground LT Cable XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 95 Sq mm, 3.5 core, with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS : 7098( Part-1) along with suitable size aluminium cable lugs, gland if required and jointed in any description complete all as specified.

M & L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate, electrode,600x600x6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) filled with common salt and charcoal and connected to GI earth strip 32x 6 mm thick dia by means of GI nuts, bolts, & washers as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I and Connected to earthing test point all as specified and including necessary PCC earth pit chamber of 1:3:6 and chamber cover of 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 with 6mm dia mild steel reinforcement of 10 cm c/c spacing both ways in lieu of CI cover, watering arrangement shall be made with GI pipe light grade of 20mm dia including funnel and protection to earth lead shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia unto 7.5 from the earth plate electrode & refilling of soil etc including necessary excavation & earth work in any strata and PCC chamber all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including demolish existing earth pit taking out old materials.
