SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (B/R WORKS) Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar including all quarries, arches pillars etc and removing off the site complete all as per specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles, laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought/mild steel iron work of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with Fly ash bricks old size brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with Fly ash bricks' old size brick straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar 1:4 as in half brick thick wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dubbing out cement plaster (1:4), average 10 mm thick on irregular faces of walls (when specially ordered in writing) complete all as a specified and as directed

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, finished fair & even & smooth without using extra cement, all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work/ concrete on ceiling surfaces in CM 1:3, finished fair & even & smooth without using extra cement.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces in CM 1:4, using water proofing compound, finished fair & even & smooth without using extra cement. complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of Make 2K, Pidilite or equivalent, all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregates in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones , bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base flooring etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite (of any type) work, 18-20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, urinal partition and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and making moulds on edges laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Providing edge moulding to 18-20mm thick granite stone, any description of counters vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Vitrified ceramic coloured (dark shade) tiles, double charged, 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.42 Sqm but not exc 1.00 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade, laid over and incl screed bed 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 complete all as a specified and as directed

All as per item No.18 here-in-before, but as in skirting on vertical surfaces, fixed over and incl 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed..

M&L non skid ceramic coloured digital tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match coloured tiles, laid over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350 x 250 x 7mm / 450 x 300 x 7 mm / 600 x 300 x 7mm thick as on vertical surfaces such as wall, dado ,skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, fixed over and incl 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting Grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type-B1 as required complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping) for fair finished surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregates) as in shelves, landings etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Framed work such as grills, gratings etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0, and for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc., all as specified.

M&L in repair for Expanded metal, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including anealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members, weight n exc 4 Kg per sqm complete .

Removal of existing water proof treatment of any description from roof surface including cement plaster/screed bed carefully from the surfaces, roughening concrete surfaces and cleaning the roof surfaces by brushing, sweeping and scrubbing down with water and removal of debris complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Dismentling and refixing of servicealable lightening earth strip, if any etc., shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted)

M & L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm complete all as a specified and as directed.

M&L for providing PCC (1:2:4) type 'B-0' (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) after applying cement slurry @ 3 Kg/sqm, on top of roof, mixed with water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including complete all as a specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1: 4 under APP membrane finish rendering surfaces even and smooth with out using extra cement mixed with WPC @ 200ml/bag of cement or as per manufacturer instruction. Complete all as specified and directed (Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65 mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3, Complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cutting Grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type-B1 as required complete all as a specified and as directed..

M&L for water proofing treatment on existing cleaned RCC roof with the following specifications and manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed :- (i) Preparing and cleaning of fully dried surfaces as per IS 3067-1966. (ii) Applying bitumen primer conforming to IS:3384-1968 over the cleaned base @ 0.50 litre per sqm. (iii) Providing a layer of 3 mm thick APP modified pre-fabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyster matt membrane with butane torch application. Overlap shall be minimum 100 mm on the transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction. (iv) Applying two coats of bitumen based UV reflective paint with aluminium finish @ 0.10 litre per sqm over APP membrane. (v) Sealing of all angles & abutments up stands with extra care to ensure perfect bondage. Sealing of edges well into grooves & protect the seal with a polysulphide/polyurethane sealant.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing 10mm thick plaster of paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) for any sunk or raised moulding to flat surface over metal frame work and reinforced with GI wire mesh with complete arrangements, cornices pattern/design etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Re-fixing of aluminium snap grid system using serviceable grid sections and ceiling board obtained from taking down of false ceiling including hanging arrangements with supporting hangar 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5.5mm thick WPC white board false ceiling with GI structure etc., complete as per manufacturer instruction, all as specified and directed.

M&L for 12 mm thick seamless waterproof and termite proof WPC lovers wall panels fixed with probond adhesive and screwed to the wall etc., complete all as per manufacturer instruction, all as specified and directed.

M&L for 4mm thick water proof and termite proof charcoal wall panel pasted on 5.5 mm thick WPC white board with adhesive screwed to the wall etc complete, all as per manufacturer instruction, all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of surfaces and pasting of wall paper of any design/ pattern/ shade, as per manufacturer's specifications complete all as specified and approved by GE. (Make: Asian Paints, Brand: Nilaya or equivalent in NEROLAC / BERGER / J&N)

Supply and Fixing PVC solid wall lining consisting of 5 mm thick single side prelam PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per manufacturer’s specification and instruction and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35 mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame as per specification and drawing.

Chipping of unsound /weak concrete materials including cover plaster from RCC structural member i.e. slabs, beams, columns, lintel, chajja, fins, facia etc. of 50 mm average thickness (Any storey/ height of building/ structure) including tapering all edges, making square shoulders of cavities by air or sand blasting etc and cleaning of exposed concrete surface and reinforcement bars, lightly picking materials by air blasting or sand blasting including removal of foreign materials, loose concrete/aggregate etc and disposal of all debris out side of MOD land and complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE: Measurement shall be considered for the surface area of RCC member)

M&L for applying chloride free rust removing chemical on rusting steel reinforcement bar as per manufacturer's specification and removing all rust from steel reinforcement bar by wire brush & sand/emery paper (after 24 hours of application of rust remover) and cleaning the area thoroughly by water with the help of pressure jet and allowing it to dry and making the reinforcement bar totally rust free (for any storey/ height of building/ structure) complete all as specified and as directed. (Make of Rust removing chemical :- Reebaklens RR of FOSROC or equivalent product other makes specified in tender) (NOTE: Surface area of cleaned steel reinforcement shall be measured for payment)

M&L for introducing new mild steel TMT reinforcement bars for structural connection in RCC beams, columns, lintel and slabs (for any storey/ height of building/ structure) including power drilling holes of appropriate diameters in reinforced or plain cement concrete to a minimum depth of 150mm and up to 200mm including power drilling, fixing the reinforcement in position using epoxy, cleaning of loose dust by blowing air, sealing with epoxy cartridges, plastic nozzles etc as per manufacturer's instructions etc all as specified and directed. (Make of epoxy chemical : Lockfix E75 of FOSROC / Hilti HY 150 or equivalent product other makes specified in tender) (NOTE: Reinforcement bars shall be paid separately)

M&L for preparation of old existing corroded and new introduced reinforcement surface (at any storey/ height of building/ structure) by brush and application of two component epoxy based zinc rich primer, of minimum specific gravity 1.75, adhesive bond strength with steel as 1.50N/mm2, as a protective coating to steel reinforcement bars in concrete with total zinc content in dry film >90% by volume and DFT per coat >50 microns complete all as specified and directed. (Make- Nitozinc primer of FOSROC or equivalent product in other makes specified in tender) (NOTE: Surface area of steel reinforcement shall be measured for payment)

M&L for applying a coat of epoxy bonding agent on existing concrete surfaces, with mixed density 1.48 Kg/litre and adhesive bond strength>2.50 MPs, mixed and applied as per manufacturer's specifications complete all as specified and directed. (Make- Nitobond EP of FOSROC or equivalent product in other makes specified in tender) (NOTE: Measurement shall be considered for the surface area of RCC member.

M&L for applying shrinkage controlled, polymer modified, fibre reinforced cementitious repair mortar, as per manufacturers instructions to get a compressive strength of 35 MPA after 28 days, finishing surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. (Make- Rendroc SP 40 of FOSROC or equivalent product in other makes specified in tender) (NOTE: Measurement shall be considered for the surface area of RCC member.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying 2 mm thick wall putty over plastered surfaces, finishing surfaces even and smooth and applying two coats of acrylic distemper with roller over a coat of alkali resistant primer as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.51.00 above, but on ceiling.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of surfaces of walls and applying 1 mm thick wall putty over plastered surfaces, finishing surfaces even and smooth and applying two coats of acrylic distemper with roller over a coat of alkali resistant primer as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.53.00 above, but on ceiling.

M&L for applying one coat of acrylic distemper with roller on old decorated surfaces of wall, including preparation of surface (by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke, soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying 2 mm thick wall putty over plastered surfaces, finishing surfaces even and smooth and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint with roller over a coat of alkali resistant primer as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of walls and soffit of chajjas, roof slab etc by cleaning, brooming, rubbing and scrapping as required using broom, emery paper, putty blade/scraper as applicable to make the surface free from protrutions, loose particles, dust etc including necessary safety & protective measures such as safety belt, headgear etc, finishing the surface with 2mm thick exterior wall putty for smooth finish and finishing with two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of suitable exterior primer of approved make using airless spray technology capable of operating single spray gun with hose of adequate length and necessary scaffolding for upto 4 storey building height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treated surfaces of walls and soffit of chajjas, roof slab etc., by cleaning, brooming, rubbing and scrapping as required using broom, emery paper, putty blade/scraper as applicable to make the surface free from protrutions, loose particles, dust etc including necessary safety & protective measures such as safety belt, headgear etc., finishing the surface with 2mm thick exterior wall putty for smooth finish and finishing with two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of suitable exterior primer of approved make using airless spray technology capable of operating single spray gun with hose of adequate length and necessary scaffolding for upto 4 storey building height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of French polishing on surfaces of any description , width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surfaces including a coat of wood filler on one or more coats on old work, complete all as specified and directed.
