Supplying , installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV, 630 Amps having short circuit capacity 21kA/3-sec, Outdoor (IP54), RMU (Ring main unit) 4 way, electrical and mechanically interclocked, comprising of 02 Nos motorized operated Load Break Switch and 02 Nos 630 Amp Fixed-Type motorized spring-charging VCB electrolytic grade copper busbars all inside single, gas-filled, robotically welded stainless steel tank with min. thickness 3 mm, IP 65 Degree of Protection , internal-arc classified 21kA/1sec, on-site-repairable with site replacable bushing/coupling/mechanism, gas refilling etc. The enclosure shall have padlockable double-door access with anti-theft higes, fully covering the front facia and cable boxes to ensure fail-safe anti-theft protection. The unit alongwith Bus-connected, fixed-type Auxiliary transformer shall include the following along with all necessary accessories and fittings as required at site. (A) 02 Nos. Incoming Load Break Switch module each consisting of following accessories :- (i) Each switching-unit is designed as a three position switch. This three function switch combines the functions of switch-disconnector and earthing switch. (ii) 11kV, 630A Load Break Switch with interlocked line-earthing scheme both short circuit current - 21kA/3-sec, Making Capacity - 50kAp -01 No (iii) Auxiliary contacts - 1NO + 1NC-01 No (iv) Spring-assisted snap-action motorized mechanism with un-inhibited operating shaft for emergency manual operation with integrated earthing switch -01 No

(v) Cable terminals (site replacable Cable bushings situated not beyond 300mm from cable-cover to allow ease of access for installation/testing/replacement purposes) with double-door arrangement for enhanced safety (IP54+IP3X) interlocked to prevent access upto 11 KV , 300 Sqmm , 3 Core , XLPE AL cable termination in live-condition. Each Set of 03 (vi) Right angle boots (push on type)-Each Set of 03 (vii) Arc proof cable covers having cable entry from bottom , front with Interlocking mechanism including earth switch -01 No (viii) Capacitive voltage indication fixed type system as per IEC 61243 with LED - 01 Set (ix) Fault Passage Indicator - It is to be provided for each incomer load break unit, FPI with LED/digital display to be added for detection of cable fault-01 No (x) ON, OFF, EARTH mechanical indication on the front mimic of the panel - 01 No (B) 02 Nos. (iv) Stored-energy motorized high-endurance spring charging mechanism (M1+), with inbuilt spring-charging lever and mechanically latched ON/OFF push-buttons to allow handle-less and un-inhibited operation -01 No (v) Cable terminals (site replacable Cable bushings situated not beyond 300mm from cable-cover to allow ease of access for installation/testing/replacement purposes) with double-door arrangement for enhanced safety (IP54+IP3X) interlocked to prevent access upto 11 KV , 150 Sqmm , 3 Core, XLPE AL cable termination in live-condition. Relay should have facility to display the maximum loaded phase current also.Relay shall record minimum 5 fault records with time stamping. Note1:- RMU shall be placed on PCC platform with PCC 1:2:4 and all around brick work of size and design recommended by manufacturer /or as directed by engineer in charge (height of the same shall be minimum not less than 60 cm above from surrounding ground level) and the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rates. NOTE :- (a) The above module consisting of 02 load break switch and 02 VCBs (04 way) shall be alligned appropriately and must have electrical and mechanical interlocking as per latest electrical safety norms including installation on plateform as recommended by OEM complete. (b) Cost of provision of plinth for RMU as per OEM drawing is deemed to be included in the cost. (c) Any authorized channel partner of OEM manufacturing/assembling unit is not allowed.

Supplying, laying, jointing & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 11000 volts grade, (Earthed) of size 95 sqmm 3 core as per IS 7098 Pt-II laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole complete all as directed and specified. Make :- Havells/KEI/Universal cables

Supply and fixing cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Denson/3M Birla/M Seal

Material and labour for PCC cable cover class HV type 1 flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm, ISI marked across the cable for protection of cable after sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fine and clean sand (river sand) free from sharp materials in trenches for cushioning of cable 8 cm thick under cable and 15 cm thick over the cable including gently punning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The total thickness of sand shall be measured 18 cm after punning.

Supply and laying galvanised tube light grade ISI marked of size 100 mm dia including all fittings in trenches/fixed on wall /pole/floor or laid in position complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600X600X6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 2.40 mtr below the ground level connected to galvanised iron strip of 32x6 mm as earth lead by means of bolts nuts check nuts & washers of galvanised iron or steel, surrounded by charcoal of coke and salt, protected by GI pipe 40 mm bore (light grade), water pipe 20 mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh and making chamber of PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate and coping shall be in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, 50 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 80 mm c/c both ways including excavation and earth work and removal of surplus soil to distance n exc 50 m complete all shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part- 2010 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-I, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM weighting not less than 4 KG/sqmm in lieu of CI cover. 2. Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exc 1.5 m wide and exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete as sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor as sub base for floor finishing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of bricks well burnt sub class B (old size) laid flat for cable protection width equal to the length of bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10 mm wide, filled with sealing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:6 on surfaces other than fair faces of brick work and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of brick work and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coats of cement based paint on walls over a coat of cement base primer including preparation of new plaster surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a cost of primer/red oxide 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with J hooks complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Steel work in tubular truss including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt weld tubes confirming to IS 1161-1998 Grade st 240 FE 410-W gde 250 Quality A complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Hardcore broken stone/boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and r andrammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally oil cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230V with accuracy ±2.5% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second and of capacity 5 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally oil cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 340 V to 460 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 V with accuracy ±2.5% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second and of capacity 10 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , installation , commissioning and testing of Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase naturally oil cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 340 V to 460 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 V with accuracy ±2.5% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second and of capacity 200 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Isolation transformer of capacity 10 KVA for 415/415V (fixed Ratio) 3 phase, 50 Hz (IS-2026) ONAN cooled oil immersed copper wound indoor type isolation transformers complete, fullfiling IS:335 marked filtered & dehydrated transformer oil electrostatic shield between primary 415V in delta connected & secondary 415V star connected complete and other standard fitting/accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Isolation transformer of capacity 5 KVA for 215/215V (fixed Ratio) single phase, 50 Hz (IS-2026) ONAN cooled oil immersed copper wound indoor type isolation transformers complete, fullfiling IS:335 marked filtered & dehydrated transformer oil electrostatic shield between primary 215V in delta connected & secondary 215V star connected complete and other standard fitting/accessories complete all as specified and directed.
