Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M and lead upto 30.00M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer incharge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches (where machine con not reach/move) (SOR/251 (A)/4.1.1)

Depth from 0.0 to 1.5M below G.L.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches plinth sides of foundation etc in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consoldiating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm. depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 metres. Dry brick on edge flooring in required pattern with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12 mm mud mortar, including filling joints with Jamuna sand, with common burnt clay non modular bricks.(DSR-18/11.2)

Cement concrete with 4cm gauge Approved stone ballast coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials labour tools & Plants etc required for proper completion of the work

M-150 brick work in 1:6 cement & fine sand 1.25 FM mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. (SOR-20/303) same as item no 303 but in 1:4 one cement & four fine sand of 1.25 F.M. mortar. (SOR-20/305) Same as item no 305 but in 1:4 one cement & four coarse sand of 2.20 F.M. mortar. 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) (DSR-18/13.4.2)

Plain/Reinforced Cement concrete in open foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. (MORTH-20/9.06/D/Case-II)

PCC Grade M-25 using batching plant transit mixture and manual placing (MORTH-20/9.06/D/Case-II)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. (DSR-18/10.25)

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. (DSR-18/10.25.2)

Providing and laying I Shaped Interlocking tiles Rubber moulded 80mm thick precast cement concrete having plan dimension 200x(160+120mm) with compressive strength not be less than 40Mpa (M-40) and weight 5kg, laid in required pattern over and including averege 50mm Thick Compacted bed fine sand and filling the joints with fine sand all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge with conforming to ISI-15658-2006 SOR/A.R. Grey colour.

Cement concrete with 4cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (SOR-20/279) Same as above item no 279 but with 2cm gauge stone grit instead of 4cm gauge stone ballast. (SOR-20/279(a)

Labour cess and GST will be paid extra as per Govt. orders.
