Repairs to rising main at WSS Chewa Pehlipora (04 Spots) by way of Earth work excavation /Trench cutting by Mechanical means over areas by engagement of JCB or manual means (Whichever is feasible) at leakage spot to expose the leakage portion cum joint. The details are as under Spot 01:-10x0.85x1.6m Spot 02:-03x0.85x1.5m Spot 03 :-05x0.85x1.5m Spot 04:- 05x0.85x1.5m
Draining of water from the rising main completely by dismantling of the joint and washing, cleaning of dirt and dust followed by drying through suitable means. The Job also includes Oxy –acetylene gas cutter for cutting and repairing & then Welding in two runs at all the four spots so as to make the joint leak proof. The job includes all charges on a/c of shifting of welding set & DG set at site. The job also includes carriages, skilled labour, electrodes etc. The job also includes Back filling, soaking and consolidation after full load testing at site.
