Dismantling the starting system of 250 KVA DG set including necessary wires and supply and fixing starting system of maint free lead acid battery 12 V, 180 AH of 02 Nos with copper terminal cable of 25 Sqmm single core approx length 1.5 mtr each for negative and positive terminal and 0.5 mtr for inter connection including necessary brush terminals complete of the DG set including commissioning, testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling the starting system of 125 KVA DG sets including necessary wires and supply and fixing starting system of maint free lead acid battery 12 V 180 AH of 01 No, with copper terminal cable of 16 Sqmm single core approx length 1.5 Mtr each for negative and positive terminal including necessary bush terminals complete of the DG set including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling the starting system of 40 KVA DG sets including necessary wires and supply and fixing starting system of maint free lead acid battery 12 V 150 AH of 01 No, with copper terminal cable of 16 Sqmm single core approx length 1.5 Mtr each for negative and positive terminal including necessary bush terminals complete of the DG set including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out the lubricating oil from the existing DG Set of any capacities and supply & filling the lubricating oil of grade 20W40 in sealed Containers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, filling and top up of coolant in the DG sets of any capacity and any make complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Comprehensive maintenance / periodical servicing and repair of Eco Friendly / Acoustic Type DG Set 125 KVA/ 250 KVA / 40 KVA of any making including 'B' check 250 Hrs or 6 Months which ever is earlier complete all as specified and as directed. Note 1: (a) Repair & maintenance should be carried out as per maintenance schedule prescribed in repair and maintenance manual through qualified and experienced mechanic from the servicing centre who is conversant with the DG Set and report should be submittted by the contractor. (b) Rate quoted by the contractor includes the fixing charges for replacement of parts specified in relevant item here in after. (c) The tenderer shall produce qualification and experience certificateof the mechanic to the Engr-in-Charge and approved personal only will be allowed to carried out the work. Check : (d) Lubricant Oil Leaking (e) Operation and repairs to lubricant oil leakage and coolong system leakage ,radiator operation withh coolant hoses and connection ,belt connection and tension. Fanhub drive pulley and water pump operation and cleaning of radiator cooling System. (f) Leakage in Air Intake system, maintenance filter & air cleaner piping connection. (g) Fule line and connection, fuel injection pump, cleaning of fuel tank for removing sediments. (h) Battery Charging system and topping up electrolyte and maintenance of specific gravity. (j) Cleaning of engine tightening of all nut, bolt, washer and unusual vibration. (k) Checking to electric connection and smooth operation of generator control panel incl greasing of all bearing. The Contractor as ahll also attend to the breakdown calls and depute necessary technician for maintenance/ repair works as and when required without delay during maint period. Note 2: The spare parts will be measure and paid separately.

Supply and replace the following parts from the diesel engine of capacity 125 KVA DG Set 440 volt 3 phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(a) Element of fuel filter with 'O' ring gasket complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Element of oil filter with 'O' ring complete all as specified and directed.

(c) Fan belt of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

(d) Hose pipe complete set complete all as specified and directed.

(e) Air cleaner filter complete all as specified and directed.

(f) Battery charger complete all as specified and directed.

(g) Fuel tank Cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of Power contactor 3 Phase 100 Amps 415 V AC, 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out unserviceable MCCB's of any type any capacity by disconnecting all the electrical connection from the panel board / wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F MCCBs including necessary fitting arrangement with adjustable type and testing of the following sizes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(a) 100 Amps 4 Pole breaking capacity 16 KA complete all as specified and directed.

(b) 160 Amps 4 Pole breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and directed.

(c) 400 Amps 4 Pole breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for spray painting to the DG set with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of high glow 1st grade including preparation /cleaning of old steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out old unserviceable post light fitting of any capacity any make any type duly disconnecting all electrical connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out old unserviceable bollard light fitting of any capacity any make any type duly disconnecting all electrical connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F LED post top lantern 40 watt made in die-cast aluminium body and with clear toughened glass diffuser and IP-65 Protection complete including necessary connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F LED post top based bollard 08 watt with aluminium extructed housing with glare free opal diffuser IP-65 Protection complete including necessary connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavating in trenches in soft/ loose soil, not exc 1.5 mtr deep and getting out soft for laying of cable / foundation of pole and stay etc complete all asspecified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Sand cushioning in trenchs for protection of LT underground cable including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks, locally available of size 23x11.5x7.5 CM (+_8% tolerance) in trenches for protection of underground cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above ground level from the starting point complete all asspecified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L in replacement of complete drilling hole under hard standing /road for laying of pipe for protection of cable etc by means of manual buckle and without disturbing the top surface and making good the disturbed surface if any complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying in replacement of GI tube light grade 40 mm dia bore ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying in replacement of GI tube light grade 80 mm dia bore ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Take out old unserviceable underground cable of any size from excavated trenches / pipes (Earth work, segregating cable cover measured separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying/fixing/passing through pipe in replacement of cable XLPE with aluminium conductor with heavy duty stranded,1100 volts size of 10 Sqmm 2 Core ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- XLPE insulated pvc sheathing (heavy duty) armoured cable with aluminium conductor for working pressure up to and including 1100 volts to IS -7098 (Part-I) for PVC insulated cables with following features :- (a) Inner sheathing shall be of extruded PVC. (b) Heat resisting PVC shall also be added to extrude inner and outer sheathing. (c) Cable shall also be supplied with sequences Hall Marking at every meter as the outer sheathing. (d) Ultra voilet radiation resistances compunded comprising Ton ASTMG-53. (e) Anti rodent and ant termite compound added. (f) PVC compounds of various grades as IS-5831. (g) Compaction conductors shall be shaped and arrangement for the same with be on the cable

S & F in replacement of aluminium thimble and lugs after disconnecting from panel / Pole box and taking down burnt cable from panel / pole box of different location and cutting out the burnt portion of cable ad extended the cable from the cable loop including excavation, filling of soil, preparation of cable including necessary connection and testing complete of following sizes:-

(a) 70 Sqmm 4 core 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

(b) 95 Sqmm 4 core 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

(c) 150 Sqmm 4 core 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Off-Load Change over switch side handle with sheet enclosure, 415 Volt, AC 50 Hz 400 Amp-4 Pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Off-Load Change over switch side handle with sheet enclosure, 415 Volt, AC 50 Hz 630 Amp-4 Pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L in replacement of complete earthling with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (in vertical position) earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with the top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr (B.G.L) and connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron including PCC(1:2:4) type B1 precast RCC cover slab with suitable handle made of 12mm round bar, including necessary excavation &earth work in any type of soil. 20mm dia med gde galvanized steel tube for watering with one end fixed with cast iron funnel and wire mesh, 40 mm dia bore, light grade galvanized steel tubing up to 7.5 mtr length for drawing earth lead wire protection common salt, charcoal etc complete all as shown in EP No 3 of SSR Part 1 and testing on completion.and dismantling old one. NOTE:-(i) The Rates quoted shall also deemed to include the cost of Earth tset point and earth wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates and the earth resistance of the whole system shall be as near as possible to 0 but shall not in any case exceed 1 Ohm. (ii) Any joints in earth lead from earth electrode to test point shall not be allowed/permitted . (iii) The Rates quoted shall aslo deemed to include earth work in soft soil,returning,filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr.

M & L in replacement of Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32x6mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
