Providing of Semi Skilled Mali for maintenance of existing potted plants including watering and painting them and filling pots with good earth and manure, fertilizer mixture including making mixture . Refilling of existing potted plants time to time and replacing their soil and propagating new plants by cutting laying etc, carrying out all horticulture activities in nursery including removal of weed in nursery and pots complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. The item is also inclusive of the watering, weeding out unwanted vegetation, forking of soil in pots, removal of dried leaves etc, adding manure if required and like works in potted plants provided at different location within the jurisdiction of SDE(Hort) as per the required frequency all complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.(All material will be supplied by the department except T&P) NOTE- 1) If potted plants are not maintained properly or broken/die negligence of mali deduction will be made accordingly 2) If mali is found absent from his duty or will not perform his duty according to instruction given by Eng in Charge then deduction will be made for Rs 1500 per day. 3) Contractor shall provide 4 No mali (semi-skilled ) on daily basis for maintenance of all plants including T & P required from time to time 4) Weekly off should be given to the mali and on National holidays. Rate is inclusive of the same. (Four mali with horticulture Knowledge/ Technical Sound should be provided . Mali with not proper horticulture knowledge will be not allowed ) ( For Five Months)
