Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by any State Government / Government of India /Union Territory.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

All materials should be in good quality as per specification, quality certificate for the same should be obtained from the concerned authority at their own cost.

Acceptence / Cancellation of the works are reserved by under signed without any reasons for the same.

Corrigendums modifications / correction, if any, will be published in the website only.

All the scanned documents pertaining to bidder to be uploaded shall be in original and same originals should be produced to the Executive Engineer (at the time of Technical Bid Opening) who reserves right to verify the orginal documents before approval.

To qualify for award of this contract each tenderer should give all details and documents as per Technical and Financial bid attached to this tender.

If any date in the tender time table is government holiday, next working date will be considered

Incomplete / conditional tenders will not be accepted.

The rates of items are inclusive of cost of materials, labour charges, HOM of machinery, all lead and lifts and all other charges to complete the work successfully as per specifications and as directed by engineer in charge of work

The tenderers must submit the scanned documents in pdf / jpeg form, not in other form.

All the material to be utilised for the work must be tested in RWS Division labs and Qualitycontrol test reports must be enclosed to the bills. All type of Pipes and Pumping Machinary with accessories must be tested in M/s. SGS India LTD, CIPET & AIPS institutes. Cost of all QC test must be borne by contractor.

Within 20 days of receipt of the Letter of Acceptance, the successful Tenderer shall deliver to the Employer a Security deposit in any of the forms given below for an amount equivalent to 5% of the Contract price plus additional security for unbalanced tenders in accordance with Clause 25.5 of ITT : For the clause-29.1 follow the Government order RDW&SD 18 RWS (5) 2019 Bangalore Dated 27.02.2019. & FD 456 Exp-12/2022, Bengalore, Dated 10-08-2022

Tenderer shall have ESI & EPF Registration for payment to the workers

The Contract period shall be 5 years. The work order will be issued annually and renewed only upon satisfactory performance of the contractor for the preceding year, tobe assessed by the department. The department reserves the absolute right to discontinue the contract at any stage without assigning any reason.

The Agumentation work under the said scheme is currently in progress. Upon completion of the said work, your Operation and Maintenance (O&M) contract shall be terminated forthwith, without assigning any reason.

Past Experience

Satisfactorily completed ( at least 90% of the contract value) (Usually not less than 50% of the estimated value of contract for which tender is invited) as a Prime Contractor for period of one year, operation and Maintenance of at least one MVS in Rural area / one Urban water supply scheme of not less than Rs. 112.37 lakhs in Past 5 Years.
