PROVN OF CERTAIN MINOR WORKS (MW-02, 03, 05, 06) (B/R) AT AIR FORCE STATION HIGHGROUND UNDER AGE (I) HIGHGROUND

Excavation in post holes (for similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubbed mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hop and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guiders for sliding doors fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enemel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fabrication and fixing MS framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikers framed guard bars, MS square mesh of reqd size as gril, barred iron doors ladders; framed balusters walk ways railings framework of watertanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-165 including making good to damaged portion complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing powder coated aluminium grill of approved design /pattern with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass /stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and opration of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening all complete as per requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-0, (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in bed block, blocks for holdfasts, filling in pressed steel door frames , benching slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating etc including necessary use & waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes in brick walls exc half brick but n exc one brick in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
