Inspection, maintenance and servicing including Alternator of connected DG set 75 KVA make Kirloskar excluding AMF panel installed at AF Net site 1 for routine check up [once in two months / A - check] of the engine for the smooth functioning and carrying out the complete as per the Manufacturer's instructions all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. A - Checks (Item Nos. 1 to 12). (i) Check Engine oil level and topping up as and when required [Engine oil will be measuered paid separately] (ii) Check Engine Coolant oil level, if required topping up. [Coolant oil measured and paid separately] (iii) Check Belts if there is belt slippage adjust or replace. (iv) Check oil bath cleaner oil level. (v) Check Exhaust System for leakage and rectification. (vi) Drain sediment and cleaning from Fuel filter & Fuel Tank. (vii) Check dry type air filter element and clean or replace [Air filter element shall be measuered paid seperately].

(viii) Check engine alternator coupling and mounting bolts. (ix) Tight all bolts and nuts in Alternator Terminal Box. (x) Check carbon brushes [Brush type] and connections in Alternator. (xi) Check and tight all Electric connections in DC control wiring. (xii) Check all Radiator rubber Hoses, record oil pressure, water and oil temp. (xiii) Record RPM, Voltage, Amps and Hz. (xiv) Check Anti Vibrating Mountings. (xv) Check throttle linkages. (xvi) Check starting battery electrolyte level, specific gravity and topping up if required.

Inspection, maintenance and servicing of DG set 75 KVA installed at AF Net site 1 including Alternator, excluding AMF panels connected to DG sets for routine check up (B - check once in 6 months or 300 running hours whichever is earlier all 'A' checks included in the 'B' check deemed to be quoted rates) of the engine for the smooth functioning and carrying out the complete B-check as per Manufacturer's instructions including replacement of diesel primary filter, microfilter, engine oil filter and repairs to oil pump etc., all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Engine oil & Coolant oil will be measured and paid separately.

Note : Spares such as power contactors, ACB timers, Multi Display Meter, Battery charger etc. shall be measured & paid separately under "SUPPLY ONLY" item.

M & L for complete dismantling and servicing of existing unsv solar water heater and collector panel of capacity 100 ltr /day of any Make with electric back up system after disconnecting the existing water supply/water connection from any height of the building/ ground, including stripping out the hot water vessel by taking out, outer cover, insulating materials etc and continuous brazing /welding of the inner container where required for arresting leakages including replacemnt of defective /worn out spare parts etc and re-assembling the system connecting the water/ electrial connections complete and testing upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. NOTE:-(i) Cost of minor defective /worn out spares is deemed to be included in the quoted rate for this item. (ii) Cost for servicing of flat plate collector is also deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Major spares shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) Servicing of solar water heater shall be got through the authorised dealer of M/S RASHMI Idustries, Bangalore or original Equipment Manufacturer to avoid any defect.

Supply and fix in repair breaker motor coil for the EOT crane 0.5 to 2.5 Ton complete all as directed.

Taking down carefully by disconnecting and unscrewing from boards/outlet boxes, electric meters of any locations and deposited to MES store yard as per bldg inventry by sub div complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing single Phase Static Energy Meters,ISI Marked, Digital Energy meter for netmetering with enclosure having capacity 5-30Amp, 240V, Accuracy Class 1.0,DLMS Compliant,Optical Port and Load survey including suitable SMC Meter Box, sealing arrangement along with 2 nos. polycarbonate meter seal and making connection and complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Secure Model No-Saral or equivalent.

Supply and fixing Three Phase 4W Static Energy Meters,ISI Marked, Digital Energy meter for netmetering with enclosure having capacity 10-60Amp 415V, Accuracy Class 1.0,DLMS Compliant,Optical Port and Load survey including suitable SMC Meter Box, sealing arrangement along with 2 nos. polycarbonate meter seal and making connection and complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Secure Model No-Saral 300 or equivalent.

S & F sub main wiring using approved colour coding (Phase-red,Neutral-black,Earth-green) complete with two single core FRLS PVC insulated and unshealthed stranded copper conductor cable 6 sqmm as current carrying conductor and one run of 6.0 sqmm as neutral cable ,voltage rating 1100 volt ,ISI marked drawn in and including concealed PVC conduit ISI marked of dia not less than 25 mm and thickness 2 mm with stranded accessories along with one run of FRLS PVC green colour insulated,unshealthed,stranded copper conductor of size 6 sqmm all as specified and directed including taking down old one Note:- Two run of single core FRLS PVC cable with one run of earth contunity conductor and conduit shall be measured as one unit.
