Cleaning of underground sump of size Approx (31.47M x 48.18 M) and removing all mud, silt sludge and any other materials, including removal of spoils out side MD land complete all as directed .

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Raking out joints/ pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC M-30 (Design Mix) concrete in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete mixed with water proofing chemical as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Concreting should be done with RMC by using Hydraullic pumping set. 2. Water proofing chemical shall be measured and paid under item No. 23 given here-in-after as supply only. 3. Water proofing chemical shall be dry powder admixture and mixed to the concrete at the rate of 0.8% to 1.2% by weight of cement as per Manufacturer’s instruction. 4. Admixture shall be added in transit mixer and 5 to 7 minute agitation shall be done at site after adding admixture and concrete work shall be carried out within 45 minutes. 5. Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item

M & L for use and wast of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for use and waste timber Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Walling of squared rubble, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per Sl Item No 11 above but except stone.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork with water proofing compound (@ 200 ml per bag of cement), finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed. (Note: water proofing compound shall be measure and paid seperately).

Supply only liquid waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed. . Make: Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW or equivalent complete.

M & L Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for framed work such as grills,gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of MS Plates (Chequerred) having size (1000mmx900mm) and thickness 8mm of quality FE-Gde-E-250 quality A as in access path for underground Sump, flocculator etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Mild steel rag or lewis bolts neck dia 20 mm, screwed one end, with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end enlarged and jagged or lewised, exc 15cm and n exc 30cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and Applying Integral crystalline Admix, Dr. Fixit Polyplus CP Admix, which is a dry powder admixture that is added to the concrete mix at the rate of 0.8% to 1.2% by weight of the cement content. On site it is to be added in transit mixer and 5 to 7 minutes of agitation is required. (please note that after addition concrete should be place within 45 min) Reduce the water content by 5-10% depending on slump requirement and considering water added for despertion of crystalline material complete all as specified and directed. .

Supplying and Laying of not less than 1.2 mm composite thick self adhesive HDPE membrane, which is preformed HDPE fully bonded membrane that bonds to the wet concrete cast on the membrane, having the following properties 1.Puncture resistance of 1000 N (as per ASTM E 154). 2.Tensile Strength of HDPE Without Adhesive (Film) of 25 Mpa (as per ASTM D 412 Modified). 3.Elongation >500% (as per ASTM D 412 Modified). 4.Peel Adhesion to Concrete of 880 N/m (as per ASTM D 903 Modified) 5.Dimensional Stability of 0.5% (as per ASTM D 1204) 6.Hydrostatic head resistance not less than 60 m head of water (ASTM D 5385). Note: The Size of Each Membrane Sheet of HDPE Membrane should be 2.4 meter X 20 meter or 3 meter X 20 meter. The system should be fully bonded to the RCC and consists of highly resilient HDPE film, self adhesive polymer layer and a trafficable granular layer. The membrane shall have minimum of 75 mm side and end laps which shall be sealed with double sided adhesive tape. All vertical surfaces will be fixed using prefixed gaskets/shot gun..etc. complete as per manufactures specification. The application of above treatment will be done by L4/L5 certified applicator of concerned manufacturer with back up warranty of the treatment. Make: Dr. Fixit Prebond or Equivalent.

Supplying and applying of two coats of food grade epoxy @750 gms/Sqm in two coats (@375gms /Sqm /coat) –( Only in case of OHT & UGT).The application of above treatment will be done by L4/L5 certified applicator of concerned manufacturer with back up warranty of the treatment. Make: Dr. Fixit Dampguard Classic or Equivalent.

M & L for Applying Two Component High Performance Polymer Modified Cementitious flexible waterproof coating, @ 2 kg/Sqm for 2 Coats (1 kg/Sqm/Coat), which has got following technical properties 1.Elongation of 120% elongation as per ASTM D 412 2.Crack Bridging up to 2mm as per ASTM C 836 3.Water penetration(5 bar pressure) as per DIN1048 4.Tensile strength of 1 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 412, 5.Reduction of Rapid Chloride Permeability 92% as per ASTM C1202- 97 Coating is applied in two coats at 1:1.4(Liquid: Powder) mix ratio part by weight. The coating shall be done on both horizontal surface and vertical walls. and at specific intervals once after base preparation of cleaning, brushing and removal of flacky materials, grouting the porous area with cementitious grout, bore packing, proper coving between slab and wall junctions,(fixing of weep holes -optional), extending up to top of the wall ,etc., complete as per Manufacturer's methodology and specification.The application of above treatment will be done by L4/L5 certified applicator of concerned manufacturer with back up warranty of the treatment. Make: Dr. Fixit Fastflex or Equivalent.

M & L for Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in filling for post holes all as specified and directed.
