Supply of single core 6 sq.mm. 5 KV grade PVC insulated & PVC sheathed unarmored stranded copper conductor AFL cable conforming to IS 1554 (Part II) with up to date amendment and as per particular specifications etc. as required.

Supply of 5 KV grade plug and receptacle of type I class B connector, suitable for field attachment with 5 KV grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core copper conductor cable of 6 sq.mm as required and confirming to the relevant IS specifications as required.

SITC of microprocessor based, air cooled constant current regulator of Thyristor control electronic type suitable for use on 240/415 V AC, 50/60 Hz, input AC supply with below mentioned output power at 6.6 amps with 5 steps variation of current output suitable for local and remote control operation with 24/48 V DC control supply complete with output current indicated on multifunction digital display, over current, over voltage, earth fault protection and earth leakage meter, positive back indication equipments relay contactor etc. as required 20 KW MPCCR at 6.6 Amp, supply voltage 415 V AC tapping at 15 KW

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 5 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/ PIPE / closed masonry duct as required. 1 x 6 Sqmm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 5 KV grade of following size on cable tray as required 1 x 6 sq. mm

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.in the existing trench ., complete as required. 50 mm dia OD, 38 mm dia ID

Making field connections by crimping departmentally supplied 6 sq.mm size plug and receptacle with the existing 6 sq.mm single core PVC copper conductor cable including filling the gap with water sealant material, applying HT / PVC insulation tape etc. complete as required.

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth up to 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand and or good soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc. in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 meters.

Supply and laying of 6 SWG GI wire along with cable including providing lugs for termination, etc complete as required.
