Schedule 'A' Part I - B/R Portion

Dismantling plain or corrugated AC sheeting any gauge, thickness in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as in hangar roof complete all as specified and directed.

S&F embossed translucent polycarbonate skylight corrugated sheet of 2 mm thickness as in roof covering, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.25 mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel roof trusses (framed), Trussesd, purlins, crane grantries, rails and framings and heavy bracket framing (Beam,tee, angle, channel or flat sections) confrming to Fe 410-W including cleats,distance pieces,bolting, welding etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of epoxy anti corrossive paint over a coat of zinc primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surface and applying one coat of Epoxy anticorrosive paint over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 200 mm bore PVC (SWR) Soil, waste and vent pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls incl all connecting bends complete all as specified and directed.

SCH’A’ PART II INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Taking down unserviceable high bay luminaires/Flood light fitting from hanger upto 15 mtr height and all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED Highbay 200W suitable for Hangers / industrial application, integral industrial SMD LED with pressure die-cast aluminium housing, anodised aluminium reflector, complete with all accessories ,lumen efficiency > 150 lm/w , CRI > 85% ,THD < 15% UL certified. The luminarie should have 5 KV surge protection, PF > 0.95. The manufactures LOGO must be embossed/Engraved in the housing of the luminarie. Manufactures to provide LM80 from source manufacturer and should have adequate testing facilities approved by ministry of science (Govt of India) to provide LM 79 report complete all as specefied and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fixing LED Flood Light 250W suitable for Hangers / industrial application, with secondary optics with pressure die-cast aluminium housing, and heat sink in aluminium , complete with all accessories ,lumen efficiency > 120 lm/w , CRI > 85% ,THD < 15% UL certified. The luminarie should have 5 KV surge protection, PF > 0.95. The manufactures LOGO must be embossed/Engraved in the housing of the luminarie. Manufactures to provide LM80 from source manufacturer and should have adequate testing facilities approved by ministry of science (Govt of India) to provide LM 79 report complete all as specefied and directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L for Earth Continuity conductor as Alluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Air termination, single pointed, Alluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long , mounted on alluminium base plate of size 100mm x100mmx 12mm rigid fixed on top roof height complete and insulated from base and taking out old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled and scrwed including 3 Nos. 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex. Head screw complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Alluminium base plate of size 100mm x100mmx 12mm rigid fixed on top roof height for mounting of 12 mm alluminium rod and connected item complete and insulated from base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs integral LED aviation light comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure with necessary fixing arrangement such as GI pipe, fixing clamp, brackets, etc., complete all as specified

M & L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the ground level with top to edge of the plate n. less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 25 x 4mm as earthing lead by means of blots, nuts, check nut and washer of galvanized steel, including necessary earth work and excavation in any strata and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 chamber and RCC cover and light grade GI pipe 40 mm dia pipe of required length for protection of GI wire and water funnel and wire mesh with GI pipe medium grade 20mm dia etc complete all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR part - I and all directed including connections and testing on completion.
