Providing, fabricating, supplying, transporting, installing, testing, and commissioning one complete kiosk unit as per approved drawings and design, including all materials, labour, machinery, tools, consumables, accessories, fittings, and finishes required for a fully functional kiosk. The scope shall include, but is not be limited to: a)Mild Steel (MS) structural framework fabricated from square/rectangular hollow sections with cutting, welding, grinding, reinforcement, epoxy metal primer, and PU paint finish. b)Complete FRP/Fiberglass decorative work including moulding, shaping, resin application, reinforcement, putty, sanding, primer, PU paint, and seamless finishing. c)Marine Grade BWP plywood work for all internal and external paneling, partitions, cabinet carcasses, storage units, shelving, and support members. d)Complete counter fabrication with MS support, marine plywood structure, finished countertop, cable management, and storage compartments. e)Front rolling shutter/front door assembly complete with guide channels, locking arrangement, handles, and all accessories. f)Rear access door complete with frame, hinges, lockset, handles, tower bolt, door closer, and necessary hardware. g)Complete cabinetry including drawers, shutters, shelves, soft-close hinges, telescopic channels, locks, handles, adjustable shelves, and storage accessories. h)3D acrylic signage including CNC/laser-cut acrylic letters, logo, LED illumination, drivers, concealed wiring, fixing arrangements, and installation. i)PU paint and premium surface finishing including putty, sanding, primer, base coat, final PU finish, and clear coat where required on all exposed surfaces. j)Decorative epoxy resin work including resin casting, logo embedding, protective coating, polishing, and finishing where specified. k)Supply and installation of all hardware including SS hinges, locks, handles, drawer channels, magnetic catches, gas stays, shelf supports, fasteners, anchor bolts, brackets, screws, and miscellaneous fittings. l)Complete electrical works including FRLS copper wiring, PVC conduits, modular switches, sockets, LED strip lights, LED spotlights, LED downlights, distribution board (DB), MCBs, RCCB/ELCB, drivers, power outlets, cable management, earthing, testing, and commissioning. m)All consumables including welding electrodes, MIG wire, cutting discs, grinding wheels, adhesives, silicone sealants, PU sealants, epoxy adhesives, wood glue, edge-band adhesive, masking tape, thinner, cleaning chemicals, primers, putty, fasteners, and all miscellaneous materials necessary for complete execution. Transportation, loading, unloading, site handling, installation, alignment, anchoring, testing, commissioning, cleaning, and final handover. n)Wash Basin and Plumbing works etc., All necessary design coordination, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, site measurements, quality checks, rectification of defects, and completion of the kiosk ready for operation. The rate shall include all materials, labour, fabrication, finishing, electrical works, Plumbing,hardware, transportation, installation, testing, commissioning, wastage, overheads, contractor's profit, and all incidental works required to deliver one fully completed kiosk ready for use. No separate payment shall be made for individual components, consumables, accessories, or minor fittings required for successful completion of the work.
