M&L for Wiring for 3 core cable 2.5 sq. mm of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, in existing surface/ recessed/on pole and necessary flexible pile/pvc conduit pit etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting and cleaning of bushes from surface, unwanted plants/grass around the E/M installation and depositing to distance not less than 50 mtr from perimeter of wall complete including spreading thin layer of anti vegetation chemical to prevent abnormal growth of grass/bushes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chopping the tree branches which touches to LT/HT OH lines up to 2 mtr from the OH line conductor including tools ropes ladder and other safty equipment complete all as specified & as directed ( Note :- Shut down of LT/HT OH lines shall be given to contractor as per users direction)

Dismantling and taking down old vintage & unservicable street light fitting/ flood light fitting any wattage or size for replacement of new LED fittings all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete of advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintenance free, pipe-in-pipe technology upgrated (Zinic & alloy coated) Zinic coated (80-100) microns with pure (99.9%) & alloy coating (200-250) microns earthing system confirming IS-3034 the outer and inner pipe should be 76.2mm & 41.9mm dia 3 mtr length zinic coated with additional special alloy coating 300mm on the topside for additional protection of the terminal the annular space between the pipes being filledup with compact fill(CF) (Crystalline conductive compound) the compact fill (CF) mixture which is machine pressed in the pipes should not disintgrate or collapse when outer pipe corrods, the inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity. The job includes digging the pits and refilling the same by electrode/conductolite back fill compound (Ground enhancer)the BFC should dbe eco friendly it should not contain environmentally hazard materials having ROHS certification from NABL accredited lab. The earth pit should be provided with a FRP earth pitcover for protection and safe guard of terminals. In area where soil condition is bad good earth is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing the same with BFC 4 bags (as per soil condition) extra perpit/unit. As earth electrode is the main component of the earthing system which is indirect contact with the ground and thus provides ameans of releasing or collecting earth leakage current. The materials should have a good electrical conductivity & anti corrosion properrty in wide range of soil condition complete and testing on completion including dismantlingh unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and directed Make ASHLOK Model ASEELor equivalent Note:- Earth result should be obtain minimum 1 Ohm. Make :- Ennov/OBO or equivalent.

S&F in repair street light bracket 32 mm bore GI pipe made out of medium grade of required length 1.5 M consisting mounting clamps made out of 300mm long mild steel FI 25x4mm required shape (02 Nos per GI braqckets) long duly fitterd with 04Nos mild steel nuts and bolts duly painted suynthetic enamel paidove a coat of red oxide primer to expose surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the existing sheet metal loopin loopout and S&F sintex fibre body loopin loopout enclosure of size 230mm x 170mm x 105mm consisting of 4 Nos aluminium busbar of size 150mm x 20mm x 2mm thick fixed on porceline support inside enclosure fixing of enclosure with pole using 40 x 6mm size MS FI clamps of required shape with bolts, nuts & washers complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for finding fault in street light feeder remove the carbon from the connection, testing of jumpers and replaced the burnt out items making connection by suitable lugs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old rusted steel surface or feeder pillar box /LT panel of any size , applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint as per the existing pattern above the PCC and black paint on legs of feeder pillar/LT panel and re-writing panel number or location and cutting vegetation growth all around and on the feeder pillar box/panel board upto 1 mtr radius complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old rusted steel surface of LT steel tubular swaged pole ( of any length up to 9 mtr) and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint up to 1.2 mtr height as per the existing pattern above the PCC copying and one coat of aluminium paint beyond 1.2 mtr height ( for the rest portion) including cross arms brackets and re-writing pole number and cutting vegetation growth all around 1 mtr radius complete including replacement of self adhesive fluorescent colour tape as per existing pattern and size all as specified and directed.

S&F digital timer 20 amps rating for automatic operation of street light complete as permakeLegrand Cat No 412549 or equivalent in other make all as specified and directed.

S&F contactor modular type with ON/OFF indicator and label holder 3 pole 230 volt 40 amps coil operating voltage 230 volt all as per make Legrand Cat No 004068 or equivalent in other make all as specified and directed.

S&F contactor modular type with ON/OFF indicator and label holder 4 pole 230 volt 63 amps coil operating voltage 230 volt all as per make Legrand Cat No 412556 or equivalent in other make all as specified and directed.

S&F surge protection device compatible with industrial & outdoor LED fixtures upto rated power upto 75w of voltage 5 KV complete all as directed.

(Note : The Scope of Work contained in 'Sch of Credit' amounting to Rs. 7553.00 (refer Tender Srl Page No 23). The Quoted sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of “Sch of Credit” from the total amount of the ‘BoQ’
