M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including rubbing and plishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for creating fillet caving 50x50mm with polymer modified mortar on the junction of slab and wall as per manufacture instructions, Material and labour Providing for applying two coats of two component (1 part Liquid: 2 part Powder) ready to use cementitious waterproof coating on properly prepared surface by brush having elongation of >50% for the applying water proofing treatment as per following andcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Applying 1st coat of two components modified polymer coating on horizontal and verticle surfaces. (ii) Provn of glasses fiber mess of 2x2mm immediately on alone coating.
