M&L for provding false ceiling of 12mm thick fine fissure board sharped finished mineral fiber acoustic false ceiling tiles with back of the duly sanded and finshed with a coat of protective paint and front duly finished false system of size (600x600) mm having noise reduction co-efficient of 0.55 light reflection of 80% thermal conductivity k=0.057 W/WWC and humidity resistance of 95% fixed to true look PVC die KL -24 suspension system (Hot dipped aglvanised steel section) of exposed T Section consisting of perimeter wall angle of size (24x24) mm of thickness 0.45mm c/c universal main runner of T Shape with double rotary siticing of size (38x25) mm of lenght 1200mm made from 0.33GS steel of lenght 3.60 mtr to be spced at (600x 600)mm size c/c cro runner T shape wtih double rotary siticing of size (30x24)mm of length 1200mm made 0.25 thick GS sheet spaced @ 600mm c/c (600mm x 600mm) size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick, stone or concrete surfaces of walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge and removing the debris from site to out site MoD Land.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering of Ready Mix Mortar of approved make on brick work or concrete surfaces on internal walls, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement as on wall as whole or in patch etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make- Birla (HIL) or its equilent.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering of Ready Mix Mortar of approved make on brick work or concrete surfaces on external walls, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement as on wall as whole or in patch etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make- Birla (HIL) or its equilent.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ltr and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives @1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.9 litre /10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the debris from site to out site MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.
