REPAIR/MAINT OF APFC PANEL/ LT PANEL/ BUS BAR MCCB/ OH LINE WITH ALLIED SERVICES AT KANPUR CANTT UNDER GE (I) KANPUR

Disconnecting of LT supply from APFC panel any type and size and maintenance & servicing of complete capacitor bank panel of any capacity including cleaning of all contacts, decarbonising of contactor contacts with petrol/CRC, checking & tightening of all cable/ bus bar connection, CT connections & replacement of worn out parts such as capacitors, capacitor lugs, MOC, CT's, indicators, Rotary switches, APFC relays, fuses & measuring meters etc including setting of power factor 0.98 to 0.99 and testing after repair complete all as specified and directed. Note- Spare Parts replaced of APFC panel shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply , installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of power factor improvement panel of capacity 100 KVAR size of panel 1100 mm x 700 mm x 250 mm, fully type test according to IEC 61439-1&2,IEC 61921 including interconnection with LT panel with appropriate size of electric cable for Main panel, factory made, weather proof , dust and vermin proof (IP 65) suitable for Humidity: up to 95%,Average daily temperature: +35°C max,Ambient temperature: -5°C to 45°C, 1100 V/660 V grade 3 phase 50 HZ AC supply floor mounted , fabricated out of 14 SWG MS sheet welded on 40 x 40 x 3 mm angle iron frame / base of appropriate size and having four Nos angle iron legs made out of 40 x 40 x 6mm 60 cm long angle iron below frame with front door and back opening having locking arrangement prewired with copper conductor PVC insulated flexible wire size 1.5 sq mm / extension strips and connected with suitable size thimbles , lugs duly painted with grey epoxy powder coating after suitable chemical treatment , legs duly embedded in ground in PCC 1:3:6 of suitable size including locking arrangement suitable for mounting , with required sheet metal enclosures, thimbles , all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge and all other electric incoming and outgoing connections with PVC insulated multi stranded flexible copper NYVIN cable of suitable size and PVC flexible conduit medium quality as required, comprising of the following:- (A) Insulated Bus bar of aluminium of 250 Amps capacity for three phase, fixed on insulators, Busbar should be PVC sleeved with Red, Yellow & Blue Colour, Bus bar support should be of SMC/DMC, Rated Impulse Withstand Voltage 8KV -01 Set (B) Incommer MCCB 250 Amp , three pole, short circuit breaking capacity 36 KA Icu at 415 V (KA rms) Ics =100% , IEC 60947-2 Adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting ,frame LS type, Front Face, Isolation with Positive Break Indication with Double Break Contacts, Standard Extended Rotary Handle, Spreaders, Phase Barrier.

M&L Painting to existing steel four pole structure of 11 mtr height including mild steel work like cross arms, clamps, pipe channel, bracing etc after cleaning and prepration of surfaces painting externally above painting depth with one coat of aluminum paint over a coat of aluminum primer including preparation of existing surfaces and marking pole numbers in 15 cm dia with approved colour in circular and making 03 Numbers & 02 Numbers of bands & strips with 30 cm wide fluorescent paint from bottom of pole to 1.5 mtr height of pole complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cutting of bushes & tree branches upto 3 Mtrs height of pole shall be deemed included in quoted unit rate.

M&L Painting to existing steel pole structure of 09 mtr height including mild steel work like cross arms, clamps, pipe channel, bracing etc after cleaning and prepration of surfaces painting externally above painting depth with one coat of aluminum paint over a coat of aluminum primer including preparation of existing surfaces and marking pole numbers in 15 cm dia with approved colour in circular and making 03 Numbers & 02 Numbers of bands & strips with 30 cm wide fluorescent paint from bottom of pole to 1.5 mtr height of pole complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cutting of bushes & tree branches upto 3 Mtrs height of pole shall be deemed included in quoted unit rate.

Supply and fixing in replacement of off load change over switch in sheet metal enclosure 4 poles, 400 Amp rated, 440 volts, 50 Hzs, confirm to IEC 60947-3, IS/IEC 60947-3 alongwith extendable handle with making all connection and fixing accessories on surface of wall/panel operating handle etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of off load change over switch in sheet metal enclosure 4 poles, 250 Amp rated, 440 volts, 50 Hzs, confirm to IEC 60947-3, IS/IEC 60947-3 alongwith extendable handle with making all connection and fixing accessories on surface of wall/panel operating handle etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for recharging to existed earthing in any type upto stranded value using required chemical such as Nacl/ MgSo4 / other approvad chemical incl reveting / welding/ bolting to earth lead incl testing etc by Tech rep with riveting bolting replacing to nut bolt and washer etc to GI earthing strip for making earth continuity from transformer / panels to earthing pit complete all as site required and directed. Note:- Contractor should be submit the bldg wise earthing test result of resistance value with user signature to department in duplicate will be submitted to engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing glow sign board (box type) of size 1500 mm x 600 mm x 150 mm cladding PGI sheet 18 gauge fixed on aluminium angle of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm on top/bottom both side and transfrant acrylic both side and transfrant acrylic sheet 3.00 mm thick in front in which writing with arial black and provision of 3 Nos LED fitting 20 watt for illuminate the board suitable fixing/haning arrangement complete all as specified and directed.
