Supplying installing and setup the piling equipments with ISMB 600 x 180, ISMB 250 x 80, ISMB 500 x 140, ISMB 250 x 100, ISMB 150 x 80 Cross strut ISMB 200 x 100 ML 150 x 75 MS plate 6mm thick and heavy duty roller bearing s tripod, bailer, winch chisel etc., suit for providing cast in situ piles of 600mm dia including gantry arrangements, hire charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, tools and plants equipment to site of work.The retrived material after use is to be taken back by the contractor at its own cost.

Supplying and fabricating of mild steel liner of 600mm dia with MS sheet of 6mm thick including transporting, bending of liner to the required shape and size including welding with standard electrode and required thickness of welding, continuously to full length as directed by departmental officers.The quantity of liner shall be measured and paid upto required cut off level. However contractor has to built the liner 1 m above cut off level etc complete as directed.

Installing, pitching and driving mild steel 6mm thick liner of 600mm dia in all type of soil including all incidental charges machinary charges and labour for holding in vertical aligment in position for 600mm dia bored cast in situ pile etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Boring through the 600mm dia liner tube in all type of soil strata. The rate should include the removal of bored material, cleaning the loose particles, bailing chiseling and taking all measures to retain the sides and prevent necking of line from bed level, excluding installing of lines & driving of liners etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-35 Grade by insitu machine mix concrete adopting weighing batch method in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 425 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m') 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Removing by cutting M.S liner tube of 6 mm thick in 600mm dia pile to the required length using gas cutter and chipping, cleaning out the depth etc. complete and also Dismantling, Clearing away and Carefully Stocking materials useful for the useful for any thickness of walls.

Casting of precast cement concrete beams of grade M35 as shown in the drawing and as directed, to suit the site conditions including shuttering, mixing, placing, vibrating, curing the concrete and all labour, material, sampling, testing, equipments, fuel etc complete as per standard specifications.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in Position of corrosion resistant steel (CRS) for R.C.C. works. The rate is inclusive of cost of steel rods, and binding wire and all labour charges for bending, tying with binding wires etc., and conveyance charges from the point of purchase to the site of work as directed by the Engineer

Supplying and errecting centering for water basin area using I Girder of size 250x125mm over MS flat of size 100x12mm to support on pile area and I Girder of section 150x80mm supported on cross directions and spreading of MS sheet of thickness 12 mm including cost of all materials and labour charges for fabrication, welding charges etc complete as per standard specifications

Providing temporary platform using MS channels of size 150 x 80 x 6mm & MS sheet to convey the material to the work site including cost of materials ,fabrication ,welding etc.and including charges for dismantling temporary plat form and conveyance to the shore after compleation of work as directed by departmental officers. The retrived material after use is to be taken back by the contractor at its own cost.

Supplying and fixing of GI mooring ring with hook at regular interval as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supplying and fixing tyre fender at 1.50m centre to centre including fixing charge embeded with 18 mm dia ms chain and 20 mm rod embdeded in the RCC including cost of all materials labour charges, welding charges fixing with reinforcement grills etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing expansion joint in RCC floor slab for 12.5mm width using polysulphide as sealent on the top and bottom for a depth of 7.5mm each and packing the inner space using compressible non-absorbent filler materials including cost of labour for cutting and fixing filler materials and laying polysulphide sealent with necessary spatula etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and Fixing in position pipe bollard of 300mm dia as directed at site, including mateials, transportation, handling, cutting, & placing wherever necessary. The hollow portion of pipe bollard should be filled with RCC in 1:1.5:3 proportion, painting the exposed surface area of steel members with one coat of zinc rich epoxy primer with a minimum dry film thickness of 25 microns followed by two coats of coal tar expoxy paint with a total dry film thickness of 2 coats of 200 microns etc inclulding all labour, materials, tools, transport etc complete as directed by department officers

Providing expansion joint using MS angle of Size 75 x 75 x10mm on one side and 150 x 90 x 10mm on another side, including supporting flat lugs at 600mm C/c including cost of angles, flats and fillet welding etc complete as per standard specifications.

Providing MS angle of Size 75 x 75 x10mm on both sides of slabs for edge protection including supporting flat lugs at 600mm C/c including cost of angles, flats and fillet welding etc complete as per standard

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with marine grade paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earth work excavation for foundation by manual means for RR/Brick and Other step type footings for Load bearing structures in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2.00mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken jelly for flooring including laying, consolidating, finishing, rendering the top surface rough to receive the floor, curing, etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers - Mixing by mechanical means

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality Fly ash Brick of size 230x110x75mm with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 13757-1993 or IS 12894-2002 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally.other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge. CM 1:6

Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half crushed stone sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including Super Plasticiser, mixing charges for machine mix,laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - machine mix

Providing and fixing MS angle of size 50x50x6mm on sides including supporting flat & lugs at 600mm c/c and as directed by departmental officers. (The rate includes cost of angles, flats and fillet welding etc complete as per standard specifications)
