DPC 2.5 cm with 1:2:4 Stone Grit

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS :2202 (Part I) non- decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters.(35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws)

Supply of M.S. Angle iron door, windows ventilation frame (40 x 40 x 6 mm.)made of approved M.S. angle iron wroght to required form including drilling hole, welding and recetting where necessary and also including supply of all material, such as steel hinges of required size, nut & bolts etc. and also including all taxes, wastage and one coat of red oxide paint complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge for proper completion of work at site of work.

Black Ganite( Polished) in big slab 20mm thick.

Centering and Shuttering for RCC work in Column,

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete.(Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars)

Cement Plaster 1:4 CM 12.5 mm thick

Supply & fixing fully glazed Aluminium frame window with all accessories & fittings/M2. with GI wire gauge mesh.

P/F of Furniture item(Bed, Almirah,Table, Chairs etc.), LED TV, A.C. etc. required for proper completion of Work.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall Painting with Acrylic Interior emulsion paint in two coats of approved brand to give an even shade including priming coat of primer i/c all cost of material, labour and T&P etc.

Electrification Work with Havells Linelife Componet and wire etc. with Proper earthing

Water supply & sanitary installation with Superemo, apollo, Vectus, Cera fitting etc.

Fabrication work for Hut Shape on roof with Clay tiles with Premium quality including Labour with all neccesary Material etc.

Providing & Laying ( White/ Colured) Kajariya tiles, Ramano tiles florring over 20mm (av.) thick base of cement morter 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand ) laid and jointed with white cement ( with pigment ) slurry including rubbing and polishing complete.

Construction of RCC Septic Tank Size with making soak pit 2.5 m diameter 2.0 mtr deep with 45X45cm dry Brick Honey Comb shaft with bricks of class designation 75 and S.W. Drain pipe 100 mm dia., including all labour and T&P etc. in Proper completion of Work.
