Fabrication and fixing of Transformer Angle Seat on Double Pole suitable for T/F mounting by providing MS Clamps, Nuts and bolts.

Grounding of earth rods for making earthing of poles with the help of G.I. Wire, MS Clamps, Nuts & Bolts. Complete work.

Fixing and grouting of stay rods including its binding and nozzeling at both ends as per RESSPO Norms.

Construction of T/F plinth of size 2x2x1.2 with the help of 1st class bricks and masonry in the ratio 1:4 Cement, sand and stone grit with MS Channel for resting the T/F wheel and 12mm thick plaster around the plinth. All material shall be provided by the contractor on his own cost.

Fabrication and erection of wire mesh fencing 01 Mtr. height, grouting of fabricated MS Angle 50x50x6mm, painting of fencing and supports with all material as per specification around 11/0.4 KV S/S, the fencing shall be made of 50x25mm 10 gauge rectangular type wire mesh shall be fixed on panel of 50x50x6mm M.S. angle iron horizontally wire mesh on panel will be supported by 25x3mm M.S. Flat on all the bracing diagonally. All material shall be provided by the contractor.

Boring and lowering chemical earthing pipe for earthing of T/F body and neutral separately of 250/100/63 KVA T/F by providing G.I. Strip etc. including cost of all material. Complete work.

Filling of 11 KV Cable Jointing Kits size 3x300mm/3x70mm.

Grouting of ST Pole and making plinth around the pole with cement, sand and stone ballast in ratio 1:4:6.

Fabrication and fitting of 11 KV TPMO on double pole by providing MS Clamps, Nuts & Bolts etc. complete work.

Fabrication and fitting of Fuse Set on double pole by providing MS Clamps, Nuts and Bolts etc. Complete work.

Providing and fixing Aluminium Crimping Lugs 400mm & 240mm.

Shifting of existing 11 KV double pole, Ckt. Riser with 11 KV XLPE Cable from one place to another place.

Disc. Mounting of T/F from existing double pole and cartage the same to new work site including its mounting on new constructed double pole.

Digging of trench and loop unlaying the existing cable outside the trench and then laying the cable in new trench and making loop at new place, refilling the loose earth after fixing of first class brick on both sides and on top of the cable (4 Nos.) 320 Mtrs.

Laying, mounting and sagging of AB Cable of size 3x120+1x70+1x16mm on poles.

Laying, string and sagging of ACSR Dog/Weasel conductor in 11 KV line. Complete work.

Mounting of 100 KVA & 63KVA T/F on double pole and its safe placement including making connections and jumpers. Complete work.

Safe placement of 250 KVA T/F on newly constructed plinth including making connections and jumpers. Complete work.

Mounting and fixing of LT PVC/3x70mm Cable Lead 1x240mm on double pole and T/F.

Mounting of 11 KV XLPE cable 3x300mm and Cable Jointing Kits on Double pole with inserting G.I. pipe in cable.

Mounting of 11 KV CT/PT Unit 10/5A on double pole including making connections and jumpers.

Safe placement of 11 KV Pilfer Resistant metering cubical in meter room from outside including its fixing and fitting of 11 KV XLPE cable and Cable boxes. Complete work in all respect.

Fabrication and fixing of MS Angle on existing double pole including fixing of meter box on double pole for making connection.
