Supply, Installation and testing of desert cooler electric driven (Single phase) as per followoing specification:- Size of Desert Cooler:- L x b x h 660 x 660 x 825 mm (26" x 26" x 32.5") Approx Body:- (i) steel body top cover and pillars of 18 SWG (1.20 mm) thick GI sheet (ii) Side panels of 20 SWG (1.00 mm) GI Sheet (iii) Tank height 7" made of 18 SWG (1.20 mm) GI Sheet (iv) Front grill and directional grill of GI sheet. (v) Including required iron stand made up of 40 mm angle iron as directed. Fan Motor:- (i) Exhaust fan motor should be copper winding, 500 mm sweep cooler fan, double ball bearing, three speed (High/Medium/Low) with methalic blade duly painted with snthetic anti corrosive oven cured paint fitted to body fan motor. (ii) Input cap 200 watt(approx), speed 1400 RPM, 230 Volts, 50 Hz, air delivery 5000/6000 Cum/Hrs submersible Pump Motor:- Input cap 40 watt (Approx), speed 1300 RPM, 230 volts, 50 Hz. Switches/regulator:- One piano switch and one speed selector switch (Regulator) 04 position for controll of pump motor and fan motor respectively will be provided on the body. Pads:- Wood wool pads of proper Thickness will be provided in each panel (Set of three). Drain Plug:- Brass drain plug shlall be provided from pump motor to three panel fitted on the cooler body. Pads:- High density honey comb cooling pads of proper thickness will be provided in each panel (Set of three). Drain Plug:- Drain plug shlall be provided from pump motor to three panel fitted on the cooler body along with 01 nos of float valve. Cord:- Flexible cord PVC shethed and Insulated size 40/0.25 mm (1.5 Sqmm) 3 core (as per IS 694/1977) length 5 Mtr long with three pin 5 Amp ISI marked bakelite plug top shall be provided for power supply to cooler. Note:- Two run of 2.50 Sqmm cable one run of 2.50 Sqmm cable as earth continuity conductor and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured & paid as one unit.)
