Construction of Industrial Approach Road at Barhi Industrial Area Plot No 11E and 11F Hazaribagh Jharkhand

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item - A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50 M. including all lifts, levelling, ramming the foundation trenches, removing roots of trees, shurbs all complete as per approved design building specification and direction of E/I.

Earth filling in foundation trenches and plinth in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick well watered rammed, fully compacted & fine dressed with earth obtained from excavation of foundation trenches within a lead of 50 M & lift of 1.5 M all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.( mode of measurement compacted volume)

Providing coarse clean sand/Crusher Dust in filling in foundation trenches or plinth including ramming & watering in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick with all leads and lifts including cost of materials, Labour, royality & taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. ( mode of measurement compacted volume)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement:1.5 coarse sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20 nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters,columns,pires,abutments,pillarss,post, sturts,buttresses,lacingcourses,parapets,copping,bed blocks,anchore blocks,plain windows sills,fillets,sunken floor etc.upto floor five level,excluding the cost of centering,shuttering and finishing.-1:1.5:3 (1 cement:1.5 coarse sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20 nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etc. and removal of form for:-Column,Pillars,Piers,Abutment,Post and Sturts.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams,suspended floors.roofs having slope upto 15 degree landings balconies,shelves,chajjas,lintels,band,plain windows sills,stair cases,above plinth level upto floor five level ,excluding the cost of centering,shuttering and finishing.-1:1.5:3 (1 cement:1.5 coarse sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20 nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etc. and removal of form for:-Edges of lab and brecks in floors and wall-For Drain,Above 20 cm wide-For Road

Providing Tor steel reiforcement of 8mm. 10mm, 16 mm& 20mm dia. Bars as per approved design and drawing excludinjg carriage of M.S. bars to work site, cutting, bendig and binding wiith annealed wire with cost of wire, removal of rust placing the rods in position all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing primer two coats of red lead paint of approved make over new steel surface including prepairing the surface after cleaning,removing dirt,scales.smoke,grease and sand papering,including cost of scaffolding and taxes, all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.
