Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6, using 40 mm and down graded stone aggregate at all height including mechanical mixing, leveling, compaction, vibrating, finishing smooth the exposed surfaces of concrete, curing etc complete as per drawings and standard specifications.

Providing and laying M20/M25 Design mix concrete with cement content up to 350kg/Cum using 20mm and down graded stone aggregates including Mixing ,Ramming, Compaction, leveling, curing, placing at all lifts, including scaffolding and Finishing smooth all exposed faces complete as per specification.

Providing cutting ,bending placing and tying mild steel, high yield steel reinforcement in RCC works including providing spacer blocks in CM 1:2, binding wires etc.complete at all elevations as per drawings and specifications including dewatering wherever necessary etc complete as per drawings and specifications

Providing, fabricating and erection of Structural steel members made out of M.S. angles, flats, plates, pipes, channels, tubes, rods etc conforming to relevant IS etc., including cost of welding, welding rods, drilling holes, bolts/nuts wherever required and providing and applying two or more coats of approved quality synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate yellow primer etc., as per drawings and specifications

Providing and Fixing roofing at all elevations using Zinc-Aluminium alloy coated profile sheet of 0.45 mm thickness of TATA "Durashine" make or equivalent of approved colour including all shapes, over laps, side cladding, ridges, eaves board, gutters etc., including Supplying and Fixing of necessary 6mm dia J or L GI hooks, bolts, nuts, screws, bitumen washers, sealing of joints etc., complete all as per manufacturer's recommendations including scaffolding as per drawings and specifications. (Note: Payment shall be made only to the superficial area. No over laps, corrugations /profile shall be measured)

Providing and constructing brick masonry in CM 1:6, using country bricks, including scaffolding, curing and racking out joints etc complete as per specifications and drawings.

In superstructure above plinth at all elevations.

Plastering of external faces of brick work/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:4, 20 mm thick including scaffolding, curing, forming grooves, plaster bands, border, keystone etc wherever required all as per drawings and specifications

Providing and applying exterior emulsion paint of ACE of ASIAN/ Promise of ICI DULUX/Wall masta of LEWIS BERGER/ Atom 2 in 1 of NIPPON make & shade in two or more coast over a coat of approved primer to give an even shade as per manufacturer's instruction to the external plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces, scaffolding etc. at all elevations, complete as per drawings and specifications

Providing ,placing in position and removing Form work for all insitu concrete works including scaffolding etc., complete at all elevations as per drawing and specification (measurement for form work shall be the area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces)

Providing and laying 230mm thick dry stone pitching using 230mm thick random rubble stones including preparation of bed in proper slope and spreading locally available earth over pitching to fill up the gaps as binding material etc., complete

PDB : Providing and erection of 6 way three phase double door distribution board with complete interconnection Copper busbar, Neutral bar, Earth bar, top and bottom removable gland plates with knockout, and with the following 40A 4P Isolator-1 No,32A 4P RCCB (30 mA ) - 1 no, 25A 2P RCCB(30mA) -1No ,32A TP MCB-1No,25A SP MCB-1 No and 20A/16A/6A SP MCB - 6 Nos ( Make: Legrand/havells/GM) Scope includes construction of pedestal cubicle and Providing of necessary electrical components, hardwares for fixing the panel etc. to complete the work in all aspect.

Primary wiring:- For lighting, ceiling fan, and bulkhead fitting points, supply and wiring for point with two + one (earth-green) runs of 1.5sq.mm (22/0.3)1100V grade FRLS insulated single core multi strand Copper conductor wire (Make:RR cables/polycab//KEI/Havells/Glosters) (without joint) drawn into the existing PVC conduit (inclusive of Providing and laying of PVC conduits while concreting), complete with angle / batten lamp holder or ceiling rose, 5 Amps modular type. Switch including pulling the wire from existing switch box to lighting point through the conduit and connecting at both ends.(Providing of the box ,grid plate and the cover plate are not covered under this item.). All items such as 1.5sq.mm (22/0.3) Copper FRLS insulated wire, 6 Amps switch, 3 Plate ceiling rose, hylam sheet for JBs, necessary electrical components for wiring works (wherever applicable) shall be provided by the contractor as per the requirement. (Approximate length 13Mtr )

Secondary wiring:- For lighting, 6A sockets supply and wiring for point with two + one (earth-green) runs of 1.5sq.mm (22/0.3)1100V grade FRLS insulated single core multi strand Copper conductor wire (Make:RR cables/polycab/KEI/Havells/Glosters) (without joint) drawn into the existing PVC conduit (inclusive of Providing and laying of PVC conduits while concreting), complete with angle / batten lamp holder or ceiling rose, 5 Amps modular type .Switch box to lighting point through the conduit and connecting at both ends.(supply of the box ,grid plate and the cover plate are not covered under this item Providing of the box ,grid plate and the cover plate are not covered under this item.). All items such as 1.5sq.mm (22/0.3) Copper FRLS insulated wire, 6 Amps switch, 3 Plate ceiling rose, hylam sheet for JBs, necessary electrical components for wiring works (wherever applicable) shall be provided by the contractor as per the site requirement. (Approximate length 10.5Mtr )

Supply, installation and wiring of 3R x 4sqmm Cu for FRLS insulated each core multistrand with 1100V Copper wire, drawn into the existing PVC conduit (inclusive of supplying and laying of PVC conduits while concreting) from MCB DB to various switch boards as circuit mains and switch board to switch board looping. The termination shall be done by using crimping type Copper lugs of Dowells make, suitable modular type switch box supply by contractor scope.(Refer Section-V)

Providing and installation of 200W(20000 lumens) High bay light fittings (Make:Havells/Crompton/Philips/GM)

Providing and installation of 600mm(24'') ultra high speed metal body with metal blade(3 blades) heavy duty wall mounted fan(make: Almonard/Orient/Crompton)

Providing and installation of Earthing with copper earth plate 600mm X 600mm X 3mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and water pipe of 2.7 meter long with charcoal/coak and salt etc. as required

Providing and Laying of 25mm x 5mm copper strip at 0.50 meter below groung level as strip earth electrode,including connection termination with nut , bolt, spring, washer etc. as required.( jointing shal be done by overlapping with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm. .

POWER CABLE: Providing of power cable 1100 V, 4C x 16 sq.mm stranded compacted circular aluminum conductor, XLPE insulated, cores laid up, extruded PVC inner sheath, galvanized steel flat strip armoured and overall extruded PVC sheathed cable conforming to IS 7098(part1)/1988.(Make:RR cables/KEI/Havells/Glosters)

Laying of PVC Insulated and PVC Sheathed /XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size(upto 35 Sq mm) direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required

6 MODULE: Providing & installation of concealed in wall mounting 6 Modular switch board with covered plate comprising. (Switches are covered in the Point wiring ) (Make: Legrand Mylinc/ MK India /Havells/Schneider/GM) all as directed by Engineer.
