Construction of RCC road from ash silo unit I to IV to west gate of NTH and road from Gate No. 2 to MCR 500 MW in CHP area at SGTPS, Birsinghpur.

Excavation in hard soil including cost of all T&P , machinary, labour etc with 50 m lead and 1.5 m lift with dressing as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in soft rock including cost of all T&P, machinary, labour etc with 50 m lead and 1.5 m lift with dressing as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in filling with excavatied spoils around concrete works and other location in layers including hand ramming and watering to make in desired profile (Rate including cost of all labours and lifts, cost of water, transportation of spoils up to 100 m) etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Transportation excavated hard soil upto a lead of 1 KM including loading, unloading, dressing at disposal area as per requirement, with cost of T&P as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation of existing damaged WBM surface in required size and shape having reject shell and other material of low strength with specific manner, without damaging adjoining good WBM/ bitumenous surface, stacking the excavated material up to a lead of 1000 M as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Scrafying/ dismantling of existing bitumenous surface in specific manner without damaging adjoining good WBM surface and stacking the excavated material up to a lead of 1000 M as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing crushed stone aggregate, (Crusher Run Macadam Sub Base/Base Course) depositing on a prepared surface by hauling vehicles, spreading and mixing with a motor grader, watering and compacting with a vibratory roller to clause 410 to form a layer of sub-base/Base in accordance to Table No. 400-14, 400-15 and as per clause of section 407 of specifications.

Providing and placing in position plain cement concrete at site with mix 1:3:6 graded metal of maximum size 40 mm including all form work, finishing, curing & vibrating with machanical means etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of dry lean sub base over a prepared sub grade with coarse and fine aggregate confirming to IS 383, the size of coarse aggregate shall not exceed 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not exceeding 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not less than 150 kg/m3 OMC to be detemind during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laying, compacting with 8-10 tones vibratory rollar, finishing and curing and as per relevant clauses of section-601 (MORT&H)

Supplying and fixing (High Yield) strength steel reinforcement bars (tested) for R.C.C. work including cleaning, straitening, cutting, bending, all handling, placing in position and binding with 0.9 mm annealed binding wire etc. complete (including cost of binding wire) Cold worked steel high strength bars confirming to grade Fe 415 of IS:1786

Providing and placing in position R.C.C. of grade M-20 excluding cost of reinforcement but including cost of all T&P materials form work, vibration finishing, curing etc. complete at desired location with graded metal of maximum size 20 mm including all lead & lift complete.

Construction of dowel jointed, Reinforcement cement concrete pavement including guide wall in M-40 grade concrete (replacing cement by fly ash to the extent of 15% ) over a prepared sub base with 43 or higher grade cement, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form , spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant,debonding strip, placing of dowel bar and tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per approved drawings as per IRC-15 2011 and as per relevant clauses of section-602 of MORTH specifications complete excluding cost of steel in dowel bar & tie rod etc with complete working and quality control as per related IS code 456:2000

Supplying, fabricating erecting in position at exponsion joints sleeve of 32 mm dia GI pipe and 25 mm dia steel dowel bar as per drawing etc cotating of bitumin paint and creasing and packing etc. complete as per direction of Engineering-in-charge.

Supplying, transporting , cutting, placing in position 75 mm dia PVC pipe Kasta or equivelent make for weep holes in RCC drain at 3 m interval as per drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of Shoulders withmaterial obtained from excavation such as boulders, metal, reject coal shell. Bituminas material i/c laying, watering, and compacting with 8 to 10 MT roller are hand roller as per conditions maintening desire camber etc complete, including all lead lift as per requirement.

Transportation of reject coal shell of suitable size from dumping area, & near Ash silo unit 1 to 4 to work site for construction of shoulders upto a lead of 1 KM including loading, transportation & unloading as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two or more coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture on RCC wall in strip of 10 Cm to 20 Cm of required colour including cost of paint, brushes etc complete.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting stone agreegate of specific size to WBM specification i/c spreading in uniform thickness and hand packing rolling with viratory rollar of 8-10 tons in stage to proper grade, camber applying requisite type screening /binding internal to fillup intersticks of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to desired density etc. as per MORT & H specification.
