Supplying and fixing in position at all levels steel reinforcement for RCC works including cutting, bending & binding with 16 gauge MS annealed binding wire or by welding if required, with necessary laps, chairs, supports, concrete cover blocks, laps etc complete including the cost of binding wire. High strength deformed reinforcement will be supplied by contractor.

RATE INCLUDE ALL MATERIALS, MACHINERY AND LABOUR COMPLETE.

Routine Pile test :- Vertical load testing of piles in accordance with IS 2911 -IV including installation of loading platform and preparation of pile head or construction of test cap and dismantling of test cap after test etc. Complete as per specification .

Supplying, transporting to site and fixing the reinforced by organic fibers and/or inorganic synthetic fibers cement 6 mm thick corrugated sheets (as per IS: 14871) roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete (excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses), including edge, ridge flashing , cutting sheets to size and shape , wherever required.

Brick bat coba :Existing RC slab has to cleaned thoroughly to remove debris and dust, above that cm 1:4 of 15 m thick admixed with approved admixture over the cement mortar flooring, brick batt has to be laid with a slope of approximately 1 in 120. Bricks bats between gap has to be filled with cm 1:4 admixed with approved admixture, then curing has to be done for at least 2 days. Finally 20 mm thick layer of cm 1:4 admixed with approved admixture. Prepare the top surface with neat finish, levels and lines etc complete. including all materials .Average thickness 120 mm .

Gypsum board ceiling heavy duty : Supplying and fixing suspended false ceiling which includes Supplying and fixing G.I.perimeter channel of size 0.55 mm thick having one flange of 20 mm and another flange of 30 mm and a web of 27mm along with perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brick wall / partition with the help of nylon sleeved and screws at 610 mm centers. Then suspending GI intermediate channels of size 45 mm, 0.9 mm thick with two flange of 15 mm each from the soffit at 1220 mm centers with ceiling angle of width 25 mm x 10 mm x 0.55 mm thick fixed to soffit with G.I. cleat and steel expansion fasteners. Ceiling section of 0.55 mm thickness having knurled wed of 51.5 mm and two flanges of 26 mm each with lops of 10.5 mm are then fixed to the intermediate channel with the help of connecting clips and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 610 mm centers. 12.5 mm tapered edge gypboard (conforming to IS- 2095 -1982 ) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25 mm dry wall screws at 230 mm centers. Supply and fixing of TURBO VENT roof extractor of 600 dia with zero Power consumption of approved make including required flashings, sealant, so as to ensure lean proof roofing and guarantee period of TURBO VENT to be mentioned including, scaffolding, etc complete

Supplying and fixing of 150 mm dia PVC rain water down take pipe with necessary shoes, bends, door bends, offset pieces etc (6 kg / cm2) including scaffolding.

Prepare the surfaces of leveling course / RC slab and lay 50 mm thick grano concrete flooring of mix 1:1.5:3 using 6 mm and down size blue granite chips to given lines and levels including laying in alternate panels, curing & finishing the surface smooth to given level etc complete including cost of all materials.
