Providing and laying double charged vetrified tiles 600mm x 600mm x 10mm of Nitco/ orient or equivalent, shade and colour in skirting risers of steps and dado of approved shade laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for feinforced concrete work in suspended floors roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level in including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement including cost of binding wire for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto all floor level heights including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts :- Tor steel / TMT.

Providing and laying granite stone in flooring 25mm (average) thickness base of cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite stone i/c rubbing and polishing complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts in 25mm thick.
