GE (N) P/TOKEN- 114 OF 2023-2024REPAIRS TO ROOF TREATMENT, SUNKEN FLOOR AND CONNECTIN REPAIRS OF MISC NATURE OF CERTAIN BLDGS AT VARIOUS UNIT (MD/OTM ACCN) IN THE AREA OF AGE B/R (EAST) UNDER GE (N) PUNE.

Amount

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any thickness and cement mortar screed in existing roof including scrapping out old treatment/ bitumen etc. The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, cleaned to eliminate all sharp projections, washed, dried up and cleaned of all foreign material and dust to receive new water proofing treatment and removal of rubbish off the premises to a distance exc. 500m and not exc 1.5 Km complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not therwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded broken stone aggregate) averaging 50mm thick as in leveling course on roof slab including finishing the surface of concrete even and fair to receive screed complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab complete all as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including testing :-(a) 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with and including integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on roof slab finished even and fair complete (b) On the dried plastered surface, one coat of approved bituminous primer @ 0.70Kg/Sqm shall be applied. (c) On this primered surface, APP modified bituminous memberance 3mm thick with non woven polyster mat as reinforcement weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm with plain finish shall be laid by torch application method (d) Apply two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm. (e) The overlap while torching shall be 100mm at the longitudinal edges and 150mm at the ends. (f) The treatment shall be carried as per manufacturer instructions through authorised applicator. Note: Temporary arrangement has to be made for supply of water during roof treatment work.

Dismantling water tanks exc. 500 litres of capacity and not exc.1000 litres capacity and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks exc. 250 litres of capacity and not exc.500 litres capacity and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale, dirt etc from tanks, mouths of circulating pipes for capacity of tank exc.500 litres and n.exc. 1000 litres complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No.7 here-in-before but for tank capacity exc.250 litres and n.exc. 500 litres

Supply and fix, rotational moulded polythelene water storage tanks 3 layer white colour water tank non toxic effect,algea formation protection (made from virgin grade of polyethylene material which is duly stablized with anti-oxident plastic) of capacity 500 litres, (cylindrical vertical one piece moulded with closed top),the internal and external surfaces of tanks are smooth,clean and free from any hidden internal defects, hoisted and fixed in postion including S & F necessary GI fittings,inlet/outlet washout,overflow pieces long nipples,checknuts & washer,20mm dia PTMT valves igh pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminum rod & high density plastic ball and 20 mm brass stop cock etc.complete , all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 25 mm bore steel tubing with all fittings and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for 15 mm bore GI tubing 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for 20 mm bore GI tubing 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair for PVC (SWR) pipe 110mm dia single socketed with rubber ring joints/ adhesive fixed to walls with PVC clamps incl taking down pipe of any type (AC/Iron/PVC) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair for PVC (SWR) pipe 75mm dia single socketed with rubber ring joints/ adhesive fixed to walls with PVC clamps incl taking down pipe of any type (AC/Iron/PVC) complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of vegetation / plantation on the wall/ roof/ any position of up to any height of building including necessary scaffolding and each roots girth of 2 inch and above and making good of surface by applying chemical treatment with GLYPHOSATE 41% including removing /refixing of CI/GI pipe lines complete.(Note : Brick work, plaster and CI/GI pipe lines shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and fix in repair PVC (SWR) bends any radius of 110mm dia with oval and access door complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC (SWR) bends any radius of 75mm dia with oval and access door complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for making hole and fixing the metalic packer for hydrophobic PU foam and sealer without disturbing existing structure as per manufacturer's instructions and forming agent like coreseal 357A/ core seal 357 CAT for carrying out non destructive water proofing treatment of sunken portion slab, floors and walls of bathroom, WC WHB and floor traps (combined unit) by using construction chemical methods such as hydrophobic PU grouting, epoxy coatings etc. including cleaning of surfaces with wire brush, detecting the sources of leakage and repairing, removing/ taking down unsound treatment/ surfaces and followed by material and labour for second course injection of resin like coreseal 135A/ 135B without disturbing existing structure complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:Buildcore chemicals/ Pidilite/ Chemistic/ Fosrock as approved.

Material and labour for cleaning carefully the existing ceramic tiles with tile cleaner with jet, washing with jet water, scratching and cleaning the joint and filling the same with epoxy tile grout of white/ matching colour, curing complete all as specified and as directed. Make: STP, Asian paint, Berger paint, Pidilite, Fosrock

Material and labour for opening the fittings like Y bend, T etc. from the outlet pipe, fills properly the loose joint between bend and out let pipe with solvent and fixing properly to ensure leakage free joint and plastering the hole of size of 50/75/110mm including taking out old unserviceable PVC/ CI fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of external surfaces of walls and appying two coats of chemical water proofing treatment on wall and chajja terrace and parapet walls, grooves etc. such as , CEMISTIK PU 50 heavy Duty watererproofing coating or equivalent complete all as per manufacturer instruction as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick joint free (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 x 300 x 7mm thick, on vertical surfaces of walls such as skirting dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 complete, all as specified.

M & L Water proofing treatment to sunken slab, walls, etc, shall be carried out as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Clean the sunken portion of toilet/Baths/WCs/Kitchen thoroughly remove laitance, dirt, dust etc. (b) Form angle fillet of size 40 mm x 40 mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar (“ Dr fixit” Pidicrete URP” or eqvt). (c) Sanitary pipes entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with “Dr Fixit Bathseal Tape” and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementitous grout “Dr Fixit Bathseal Grout” or eqvt. Nahani traps etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around it to be grounted in the same manner.(d) Apply one coat of a Bitumen-modified polymer coating “Dr Fixit Bathseal Plus” or eqvt on all angle fillets by brush and cover it with 100mm open woven mesh when it is still wet. Apply second coat of the same coating on the angle fillets and allow it to dry completely.(e) In the remaining area, in dry substrate condition brush apply first coat of the same coating and further apply second coat when first is dry. Extend the coating upto 150mm above the FFI. Above FFI, another cementitious waterproofing waterproof coating “Dr Fixit Pidifin 2 K” or eqvt can be further applied right upto 2.1 m to waterproof the shower area also, if it is a bathroom or bath cubicles of a sanitary annex and pply second coat after 6-8 hoours and allow to dry completely. (f) After 2 to 3 days, sunken portion must be overlaid with a 50 mm thick concrete screed 1:3:6 type B0 mixed with integral WPC (Liquid) laid to slope 1:60 towards outer face of wall. Provide 40 mm OD UPVC pipe at the lowest point with 300 mm projection beyond the outer face of the wall. Then fill up the sunken portion with lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2. (g) After completing plumbing work in the toilet/WC/Bath/Kitchen floor, tiling work (floor and dado) can be carried out using suitable Tile Adhesives and ready to make tile grouts of appd makes such as Dr Fixit, FOSROC SIKA, MC BUCHEMIE, ROFF, etc.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:5:10, typ E2, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in mass concrete, sub base, filling sunken floor and similar items complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting chases pinning in brick work for concealing water tubing and making good to facing where required and pointing in cement motar 1:3, cutting n.exc. 10cm girth all as specified.

S&F in repairs Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestel pattern) ETWC white, including trap connection to drain (outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe, PVC jet for Pedestal pattern pan and plastic water closet seat of white in colour, back closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device etc complete all as specified. S&F in repair vitreous China squatting pan Orissa pattern size 580 x 440mm white with integral foot rest ( excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe), including long Arm P-trap (CI) 100 mm dia of lenght up to 700 mm or as per site requirement ,complete including making good to floor all as specified. Make : Cera/Prayag/Johnson Pedder.

S&F in repair dual flush 5&10 ltr capacity PVC valveless syphonic action type flushing cistern low level white with inlet ball valve float ovel handle including brackets and PVC flushing pipe of polyethylene of low or high density or PVC 32mm dia complete all as specified. S&F in repair PVC connection 15mm bore size with PTMT nuts and washers of length 450mm all as specified. Make : Prayag/Polytuff.

S&F in repairs hand shower (health faucet) of ABS body with 1.0m long easy flexible tube in chrome finish and wall hook complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : Jaquar Cat No ALE-ESS-585 or of equivalent make as per Appx 'A' as approved by GE

Dismantling of wall/ceiling board of any description and any thickness including cover fillets etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L position suspended false ceiling system using T-grid suspended ceiling grid system. The size of grid shall be 600x600mm, with GI frame work main runner 38 x 24 x 3600mm, cross 'T' 25 x 24 x 60mm/25 x 24 x 1200mm and wall angle 24 x 24 x 2540mm (thickness of the material of 0.30mm ), using 9mm thick ceiling panel laminated with PVC film on front face and foil back available in due drop texture as per IS-2095, part-I-1996, fixed in the grid of T-grid suspended ceiling grid system duly suspended by 4mm dia GI bar hanger from the purlins of the roof with butterfly clips all as specifed and directed by Engineer- in -charge. M&L for plaster of paris sheets false ceiling with 600 X 900 X 10 mm thick, sheet fixed with machine screws on and including grid system of GI channel 18 gauge thick, main joist placed at 750mm centers, secondary joists placed at 450 mm centers, GI angle suspenders from roof and treating the plaster of Paris sheets with thin layer of POP with gypsum binder, sanding the surfaces till smooth surfaces is obtained and finally applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rainwater gutter system of SWR pipe 250 mm nominal dia. half round type alongwith all accessories/ fittings complete all as specified and directed. Make : Prince Model HPR18R or equivalent of Infra, Supreme, Kisan, Astron Plastic, Amogh Plast, Finolex

M & L for old size fly ash brck in CM 1:6 . straight or curved on plan exc 6M mean radius , built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

Labour only for brickwork with old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed

Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and fair without using extra cement, plaster with two coats of OBD of any tint over a with putty all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on bricks on concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement with two coats of cement base paint on new surfacecomplete all as specified and as directed
