Demolition of brick work or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (using old size bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls including sides and soffits of beams, fascias, parapets etc and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over two coats of cement base wall care putty including one coat of weather resistant acrylic primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roofs, complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of mud/ mud phuska in roofs any thickness, including plastering and leaping if any and cleaning the roof surfaces with wire brushes and removal of mud /mud phuska to a distance exc 250 M and n exc 500 M, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding including finished even & fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing APP roof treatment from roof surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the existing roof surfaces including parapet and gutters, pipe mouths, etc of all foreign matters such as fungus, moss, dust etc by wire brushing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying oil bound bituminous primer at the rate of 0.4 Ltrs/sqm as per IS 3384-1986 on prepared surfaces. Surfaces shall be kept free till the moment, the primer is impregnated and the solvent oil in primer is evaporated, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying one coat of hot straight run bitumen @ 1.2 Kg/sqm of grade 30/ 40 confirming to IS-73 (Grade S-35), complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for laying 3 mm thick APP polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm, black finish reinforced with non woven polyester matt, with a thermo fusible finish, torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75 mm at sides and 100 mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer, all as per manufacturer's instruction including preparation of surface. Note: Water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators. Contractor shall give 10 years guarantee for effectiveness of water proofing treatment. 2.5% of workdone amount of this items shall be retained from the contractor payment for a period of 10 years reckoned from date of physical completion of the work or in lieu contractor may deposit bank FDR for the said tory for 10 years which shall be released by GE on the expiry of satisfactory completion fo 10 years period, complete all as specified and dircted.

M&L for bitumastic gola, with 80/25 bitumen and coarse sand mixture 1:3 by weight 8 cm X 8 cm at the junction to roofing to vertical surfaces, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in cement mortar 1:6 for laying PCC tiles etc, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for pre-cast PCC tiles machine pressed of size 25cm x 25cm x 22 mm thick and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing compound (for screed bed and grouting of joints) as per manufacturer instruction, complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan necks etc, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 150 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls, with MS clamp, all as specified.

S&F 150mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius, complete all as specified & directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections, complete all as specified & directed.

Refixing 15mm bore old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors, etc.), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 25mm bore steel tubing and connections, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in repair 500 litres capacity double layer, rotational molded, polythene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed on roof in position, including all fitting such as connection pieces with GI tank nipple for inlet, outlet, washout and overflow etc and including 20 mm size ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 1000 litres capacity double layer, rotational molded, polythene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed on roof in position, including all fitting such as connection pieces with GI tank nipple for inlet, outlet, washout and overflow etc and including 20 mm size ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 25mm bore ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated alumium rod and high density plastic ball complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed for 20mm bore of pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 25mm bore dia of pipe gun metel globe or gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed, complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs 15mm nipple suitable for HDPE water tank. (Minimum weight 38gms), complete all as specified.

Note:- (a) measurement shall be taken for clear opening ie. out to out of window frame as a whole including all fittings and fixtures and no extra shall be paid separately. S&F fabricated aluminium window double shutters with powder coated aluminium farme of section 110mm x 38.10mmx 1.5mm thick shutter with section 47.62mmx 44.45mm x 1.50mm thick including aluminium anodized "D" handle, hinges, peg stays, tower bolts, etc including jointing cleats for fixing builders hardware fittings & stainless steel wire cloths, 0.30mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.40mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples including necessary fitting/ fixture/ aluminium snap beads complete all as specified. Note:- (a) measurement shall be taken for clear opening ie. out to out of window frame as a whole including all fittings and fixtures and no extra shall be paid separately. S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat oif red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed.
