Providing of E&M services including wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sqmm FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable along with earth wire i/c modular switch, socket, GI box etc., Circuit/ submain wiring with 2.5 sqmm FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable along with earth wire, Power wiring (light /plug) with 4 sqmm FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable along with earth wire, distribution boards as per general specifications for electrical works Part I,II and other relevent CPWD specifications, Automatic electronics fire alarm system including fire and smoke detector, hooter, call point etc. along with exit signanges, LT network distribution system i/c cabling network with suitable size power cable along with LT panel having provision for incomer and outgoing terminals which will cater the power supply to all electrical installations.

Supply installation, testing and commissioning of two numbers (one running and one standby) clear water booster pump set having sqaurrel cage induction motor suitable for operation of 3 phase, 415V AC supply of relevent power capacity (in HP/ kw) along with centrifugal pump of atleast 20 meter head, panel having all electrical components suitable for operation of 3 phase clear water booster pump set as required.

Supply installation, testing and commissioning of fire fighting system with wet riser, main electric pump, terrace pump and fire extinguisher i/c landing valves, hose reals with hose cabinet etc. as required to complete the works as per norms.
