Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying Prime coat over unprimed WMM surface using 7 Kg of bituminous binder for 10 Sq.m. area including cost of bituminous binder at the site including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat including hire charges and fuel charges for bitumen boiler and all other tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification.

Providing and laying Tack coat over unprimed WMM surface using 2.5 Kg of bituminous binder for 10 Sq.m. area including cost of bituminous binder at the site including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat including hire charges and fuel charges for bitumen boiler and all other tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification.

Providing and laying 50mm Consolidated thick Bituminous Mecadam using 0.20 cum of 26.50 – 13.20 mm Graded metal and 0.43 cum of 13.20 – 2.36 mm Grade metal and 0.08 cum of 2.36 mm below with 37 kgs of 60/70 Grade Bulk bitumen for premixing per 10 Sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 – 30 ton capacity, Conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50 mm with mechanical pavers to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibrator roller to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and Metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30ton CMP W/M bitumen boiler tipper,trucks, paver, finisher, Vibrator rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification using CMP Clause 504 of MORTH

Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 25mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher, vibratory / phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5
