Taking down of existing Water Proofing treatment of any type (APP Membrane, Cement or earthen tile, Mud phuska or lime concrete) including cement plaster of any thickness and removing bitumen coating/mud pushka dirts etc over original RCC roof slab by grinding, Picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc., including removal debris complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate in copings, parapets and railing upto 60cm height, leveling concrete for roof slab, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as including demolition & removal of cement concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
